Important Beach Update

The county is currently conducting a beach renourishment project along portions of the shoreline that is expected to affect stays up until May, with possible minor extension into May due to weather delays. As crews move section by section, temporary equipment and sand pumping operations may be visible near this property. The work is temporary and helps strengthen and protect the beach and dunes, and nearby beach access is generally available around active work zones.

Sea Dunes Green Turtle C10 is perfect for families traveling together or for larger group stays! Recently renovated and brand new to our rental program, this home is sure to impress! Complete with 2 large balconies overlooking the pool, 2 spacious living rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. This townhome is perfectly situated next to the pool and seconds to the refreshing Atlantic waters.

Walk out to one of the balconies through the living room sliders or lounge in the spacious and comfortable living room! The living area features a large couch, additional seating, a large smart TV, and lots of natural light coming from the sliders. Directly adjacent to the living room setup is a dining table with seating for 4. The fully equipped kitchen included a full-sized fridge, an oven, a stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, and more. Some of the smaller appliances include a drip coffee maker, a highchair, keurig, toaster oven, and all your regular cooking necessities. There is also a smaller family room with a sleeper sofa, a TV, and a desk area. In between the second living room and the kitchen is a half bath.

The second floor features the bedrooms and access to one of the balconies. The master bedroom features a King-sized bed, sliders to the balcony, a smart TV, and a master bath with a walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a vanity. The first guestroom features a queen-sized bed, a closet, and a bureau for additional belongings. The second guest bedroom features 2 bunk beds (4 Twins), a closet, and also has space to store guest belongings. The guest bathroom is a shared bath with a walk-in shower.

This townhome features Roku TV for all your subscription TV services, WiFi, and a selection of books and magazines for guest use. Beach essentials are also provided, including assorted beach toys/floats, beach towels, and a cooler/ice chest. 1 private parking space available. Washer and dryer is available to use.

Located in New Smyrna Beach, the Sea Dunes is only minutes from all New Smyrna Beach has to offer. Sea Dunes is within seconds of a shopping center with a small grocery store, several tasty restaurants, and a beachwear outlet.

The Canaveral National Seashore, one of the finest national seashore parks in the country, is only minutes away and offers a 57,000 acres national park nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. It also features one of the longest stretches of pristine beaches in the United States. It's a must-see!

Also within a short drive south is the Bethune parking featuring a fishing pier, tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball court, and playground. JB's fish camp is nearby offering some of the best fresh seafood in town. Kayak rentals and paddleboard tours are also available at JB's.

Shopping and dining are a must while in New Smyrna Beach. One-of-a-kind restaurants and boutiques can be found within a short drive or bike ride on 3rd Avenue, Flagler Avenue, and Historic Canal Street.

Art galleries can be found throughout town making New Smyrna one of the best small art towns in the country.

The Marine Discover Center can be found nearby and has spent over 20 years informing guests about the amazing biodiversity of the Indian River Lagoon. They offer amazing boat and kayak tours as well as some great educational summer camps for kids.

History is rich in New Smyrna Beach with many historic sites as well as the New Smyrna Beach Museum, Sugar Mill Ruins, and the Eldora House at the Canaveral National Seashore. All a must-see for history enthusiasts.

For those looking to enjoy the water, New Smyrna Beach offers all types of water sports to enjoy. New Smyrna Beach is home to some of the best saltwater and freshwater fishing in the area. Since New Smyrna Beach is located on a barrier island the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon make it an angler's dream come true. Fishing charters are available and local captains are sure to put you on the fish.

Paddleboard and kayak rentals and tours are also available through several local vendors. They will provide those visiting the area with a first-hand look at the local wildlife such as manatees, dolphins, and pelicans!

Surfing in New Smyrna Beach is some of the best in Florida. It has been recognized by National Geographic as "one of the world's top 20 surf towns" and offers some of the best swells on the east coast. Surfboards can be rented at many of the local surf shops so grab a board and hit the water!
