Venez visiter ce spacieux condo de 3 chambres / 3 salles de bain avec vue du sol au plafond depuis le salon, la salle à manger, la cuisine et la chambre principale! Vous pouvez vous détendre sur le grand balcon enveloppant et boire votre café tout en regardant le lever du soleil en pyjama et ne jamais quitter votre condo. Le soir, après une longue journée à la piscine et à la plage, détendez-vous et profitez d'entendre les vagues déferler sur votre balcon.

Ce condo est très spacieux! Avec plus de 2000 pieds carrés, les familles peuvent avoir l'espace pour se détendre pendant vos vacances et ne pas être les unes sur les autres. Avoir 3 salles de bain fait toute la différence! La cuisine est équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner et vous asseoir sur la longue table pouvant accueillir 8 personnes, en plus de vous asseoir au bar de la cuisine et de regarder le magnifique océan. Wi-fi et câble avec 2 téléviseurs, laveuse et sécheuse, et tous les draps sont là pour votre commodité. Nous avons un parking fermé pour protéger votre voiture et toute la communauté est sécurisée par un portail.

Le bâtiment ne compte que 30 unités, ce qui rend le condo pittoresque et petit. Les zones environnantes ne sont pas des condos de grande hauteur, donc la plage n'est pas bondée et vous pouvez vous détendre. La plage est dans une zone interdite à la circulation, vous n'avez donc pas à vous soucier des voitures avec vos petits.

Le bâtiment est équipé d'une piscine chauffée en saison, d'un sauna, d'une salle d'exercice et d'un court de tennis éclairé.

This condo is amazing. Lots of room, beds are comfortable, amazing views. The kitchen is completely stocked with just about anything you could need. Large wrap around balcony. Highly recommend this condo, perfect for large families/groups.

beautiful condo, very homey & welcoming ! easy ck in! good security, code for door very helpful to not deal with key, comfortable beds, large dining table with plenty of seating, well stocked kitchen, beach chairs and beach towels provided, nice pool with plenty of chairs and tables, Amazing views of ocean on porch!!! The week was perfect! Many new memories made with our family as we gathered together for our yearly beach reunion!! We love NSB because it’s so family oriented, no cars on beach are a huge plus with children, people are friendly, met other families stayingBonus: got to watch rocket launch!!! *would recommend a king size bed for one room … our 6’5” son in law needed more room!

Awesome Condo with an Amazing View!

The condo was excellent! Three couples shared this condo and we had plenty of room! The condo is exactly as advertised. We had no issues with the condo and it was very well stocked. The only issue we had was dealing with New Smyrna Realty. It was difficult to get them on the phone. Getting feedback or answers was impossible. We paid a sizable deposit that was also difficult to get back. The boss who has to sign was out of town the first week. The second week no check either. We were told they have 15 days to refund the deposit but it took 3 weeks with us making several phone calls.

We had a great time! The view is even better than it looks in the pictures. The beach was excellent. The entire place was very secure. Loved using the gym and pool. Would definitely go back!

New Smyrna Chill

I stayed here with my wife, my young daughter, my sister, and my parents, and we had a blast. We spent a whole week there, and I wouldn't be surprised if we come back again next year. As long as you bring bug spray when you're out at night, you should be golden. I've been going to New Smyrna my whole life, and this was one of the best experiences I've had.

Family beach trip

The property was great. The complex was a smaller one so not a ton of people everywhere and no long walk across a parking lot or property to get to the pool. Condo was plenty big enough for everyone to have their own space and spread out. The little extras were nice....board games for rainy days, storage lockers on the pool level for all the beach supplies. Bathrooms right next to the pool. View from the huge balcony was beautiful. Only downsides of the condo (which weren't major or a deal breaker for us) was the door from the master bedroom onto the balcony doesn't open, some of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty, there was a load of sheets left in the washing machine, and the master bathroom wasn't cleaned. We had to scrub the shower and tub before using them. Someone else's bar soap was left in the shower, and hair in the drawers. So mostly just housekeeping issues, which happen, not often I'm sure. Overall the condo was great and these things will not stop us from staying here again. It was a great week for all of us.

Poor Maintenance and Property Management

This is one review you are not going to like. Poor maintenance. Facilities needs some upgrades by owner and better cleaning and property management by NSB Properties. No hot water in kitchen for 4 days. Very little cool water from faucet in kitchen for 4 days. No instructions on how to operate shower in two old style shower faucets and shower head. Coffee machine needs cleaning. Very little water processing through machine. No maintenance available for 4 days to repair hot & cold water faucet in kitchen. Property Manager not interested in assisting. Finally got co-worker to find family member to come and install new faucet. NSB Property needs to be held accountable and issue financial credits to me and my family. This maintenance issue didn't start with me, it was on-going before I arrived. Also spend two days with nerve racking noise in unit above due to renovations and was not notified in advance. Noise was very disturbing to my young family members.

As a Premier Host of VRBO we value managing our vacation rentals. We were notified by our renter that morning the issue about the hot water valve needing be turned off due to a leak. I tried calling every plumber in town and they either A. could not get to it that day or B. was not opened due to being the Friday before July 4th weekend. Due to having a dishwasher, it was not an emergency. I did get a plumber though out for Monday. It was not our co-worker's family member as we must have a plumber for condos. 2nd, out of the 4 years of managing this condo, I have never had someone ask how to work the shower. I will make a note in our welcome book instructions. Every text your wife made and phone calls over the weekend, I responded. And I apologize for the condo upstairs redoing their floors and us not telling you, because we did not know. Out of all of our condos we manage, never have we had neighbors tell us they will be doing renovations. I wish the weather was better due to hurricane Elsa so you could have been out enjoying the sun.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo however we were very disappointed that the pool heater was broke and none of the kids got to swim. The water was way to cold in the pool for any swimming. The beach and the condo were great. Only suggestion for the condo is the kitchen could use a few more cooking items. Short on frying pans etc.
