This 3 bedroom condo also offers an additional 2.5 baths. You will love lounging on the oversized screened patio which is accessed by both bedrooms and the main living area. This unit has a genuine treehouse feel and receives welcomed shade in the summer months from the canopy of beautiful oaks so prevalent throughout Sea Woods. Just grab your flip flops and beach gear! An incredible location - just a very short walk to the beautiful no-drive beach as well as several shopping and dining options. Sea Woods features 3 pools(1 heated), tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickleball, a large clubhouse, fitness center and walking/biking paths canopied by sprawling oaks and surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The property was exactly as advertised. Our host was very responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The screened in porch was excellent, it was a great spot to have our morning coffee or just have evening conversations. The heated pool was also great, it was a nice area to spend time after being at the beach all day.

The photos of the condo were very good but unfortunately the condo itself was outdated and definitely could use a renovation. The blinds are old, the lighting was terrible and the toilet didn’t work properly. The washer also was incredibly loud and didn’t seem to do a good job. The porch was also outdated and needed power washed. I had family stay in other units that were a better price and completely renovated.

We love new Smyrna and this is a nice place to stay. Has everything you need for the beach toys, a few chairs and towels. Has good kitchen supplies like spices and pots and pans. Would stay again!

We came with our daughters and 4 other 14 year old girls and they loved it. Very cute, quiet, and close to the beach. Condo has everything you need in the kitchen. There’s beach towels, toys, chairs, and even an umbrella to borrow. Lots of fun family board games to play. Karen was so sweet, even gave us a later check out without hesitation. We rented golf carts from Top Cart and they delivered and picked them up. You have to drive on the intercostal side of the roads but it was still convenient with a fun little drive to down town. Use Karen’s book for restaurant suggestions. We did Garlic the first night, so delicious. Second night we did Crabbys (husband's idea) and it was a 300 stomach ache. There’s a reason Karen doesn’t have them listed in her book.Great little place!

We stayed for our annual girls trip and were very satisfied! Great location, near the beach, restaurants and cute shops. Great parking and easily accessed Ubers for when we didn’t want to drive. The condo was clean, had everything we needed. We did not use any of the pools or pickleball courts so I can’t give an opinion on those.
