AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TV-4 (LR has Smart cable TV), DVD-1, internet access, microwave, dishwasher, 2 full-size refrigerators, wet bar w/ice machine, washer/dryer, 2 king beds, covered furnished balcony, covered patio, shared elevator, 2 assigned covered parking spots, private community pool.

ACCESSIBLE AMENITIES: Boardwalk access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, lighted outdoor tennis & pickleball courts, scenic paths to walk, run and cycle, freshwater fishing lake and a tidal saltmarsh overlook. Gated resort is convenient to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, galleries, golf courses.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday weekly stays in summer. Monthly winter rentals welcome.

RESORT FEE: A mandatory Resort Fee required by the Litchfield by the Sea HOA is subject to taxes and must be collected in full on each reservation.
