Our few days at Dock Holiday were comfortable and refreshing. Spending time on the swing at the Dock each morning started the day out right. The area was very quiet.Highly recommend!

This was our second year staying at Dock Holiday. We enjoyed our time there. Catfish fishing was good. We caught a 6lb., 2-5lb and 4-3lb fish that we kept and several smaller ones that we released. Over the years of hosting I have found that many families love to travel w their furry companions. Our listing description clearly states that we welcome them and we strive to keep our home in upstanding condition, even when allowing them.

Very nice and peaceful location. TV was tough to navigate. Front gate needs repair. Home was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Definitely an excellent experience. Also very nice for our dog.

Thank you for your helpful insight. We have left a manual by the TV on how to use it. It is a SMART TV so it accommodates streaming platforms, like Netflix or You Tube TV.

The hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The property is situated right on the lake. We spent most of our time on the covered dock, jumping into the lake and playing with our water toys. The house itself is spacious and well furnished. The kitchen was stocked with everything a chef could need. The huge yard provided space for bocce ball, croquet, and dog runs. We will definitely be back.

The property was very beauty and backs right into the lake. The kitchen was stocked and had everything you needed. It was super pet friendly for all our dogs. However there are alot of rules for this property.

We needed a nice place while we were in town for a memorial service and Doc Holiday did us right. Liz is an excellent host. The place was very clean and well stocked with a fenced in yard. Being on the lake was such an extra bonus, we just really enjoyed our stay so much. We plan to come back in the summer for some lake adventures for sure!!!

Howdy y'all! I am a born and raised Texas girl who grew up stomping around Fort Worth and moved to the outskirts of Granbury in our home on the Brazos in 2020.
I married my high school sweetheart and together we have 2 girls. I love the outdoors. From kayaking the Brazos, to enjoying music festivals, to savoring BBQ on the porch with loved ones. I also enjoy antiquing and finding those unique finds, so anytime I can go to a trade day, I'll go. When I am with my family, we love our pizza/movie nights where we order a big 'ol NY style pizza and cuddle to some good hearted classics.

This home boasts beautiful views inside and out! It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood at the NE end of Granbury Square. The living area is spacious and open and has an oversized couch and 3 large picture windows that overlook the expansion of Lake Granbury. The owner has put extraordinary thought into this gorgeous home-from cozy linens on the bed, beach towels for guests, to a Fully Stocked Kitchen! The fenced yard is also large and well groomed. It has a stone sidewalk that winds down to the private boat dock, which is available for guest's use to keep your own boat or fish from.

The sunsets are breathtaking! There is a swing down at the dock where you can relax and soak in the peaceful surroundings. If you're feeling adventurous, you can jump right on in Lake Granbury from the dock as well.
For boat enthusiasts, there is a boat launch to use that is in the neighborhood and the property is located at the deep part of the lake, so no Canals!!
The lawn is also easy to get around in for those w mobility concerns and the yard is fully fenced for those traveling with their pups.
