The property was great! Well furnished, spacious and depicted exactly as in the pictures. The host was super responsive. We stayed for a quiet ladies getaway but will be back with our families. Definitely a great option if visiting Granbury.

This was a wonderful house that was very clean and had everything we could ask for for a weekend stay. The hosts were helpful with any questions and left excellent instructions for anything a guest could need. While we may not have used the lake access, it was very nice to have, included kayaks available is wanted.

This was the perfect place for a girls trip of 4.Clean, cozy, right on the water. It was a fun weekend!

The inside of the house was beautifully redone and clean. The house was only 6 miles from the historic district and 2 miles from HEB. So great location. We even met the neighbors and one came to help us immediately with the kayaks. Very hospitable and the host Jamie was very sweet, welcoming and wanted everything to be perfect for us. VERY QUIET Location.

Wow!! There are just not enough words to describe our beautiful stay! From the best host (quick to respond with every question) to the amazing, completely updated home. Everything was just as described, home was probably the most comfortable one we have stayed in over the years. We will definitely be booking this home again in the near future!

Great family trip

Host has everything you could need. We went on the kayak, had great fishing, played games and enjoyed this spot to no end. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

We Had A Great Time!!

The house is so cute!! Great location right on the water. Sweet and quiet neighborhood. We swam and kayaked and cooked and had an amazing weekend. Would definitely book this house again.

We stayed for the weekend to celebrate my mother-in-law’s 82nd birthday. The property was very clean. We had a great view of the canal and we were allowed to bring our German Shepherd with us. Excellent communication with the host. She sent me a weather update prior to us coming and even allow us to check in early and check out later if we needed to.

The place is beautiful and was accommodating for our needs. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the property and view as we only slept there. But I would love to come back and stay a few days.

We were very impressed with the nice updates to the interior of the home. The space was great for a mother/daughter/2 granddaughters weekend. We enjoyed playing games and watching TV while also having the pretty lake view. The host was very responsive when we had some internet issues and she got it up and running quickly. The beds and sheets were nice and comfortable and there were plenty of towels & supplies for our weekend. Really nice property!

Great Location

We loved this house. It's got a beautiful view of the water, a dock and water toys. The back patio is big with lots of seating and a grill. The rooms are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked

Great for families and activities

Hosts were responsive and generous with our check in/out times. Only had 1 small issue and they helped me fix it immediately. Our kids loved using the kayaks, lilly pad, and paddleboat. House is a solid 10 mins from downtown Granbury so be prepared for that.

Will Definitely Be Back!

Perfect for our 2 night stay. Property is right on the water and easy to get to from the main roads. The house is clean and has everything you need. Jamie was always quick to respond and very helpful. We had a little hiccup with the door code which we finally figured out. Check your email for the instructions before you arrive.

Excellent place for a group of friends or a family with small kids.

The place was clean and beautiful on the inside. The place was well stocked with essentials. It was nice and cozy with a faux fireplace entertainment system. The beds were all very comfy. The curb appeal was not that appealing. The outside definitely does not match the inside. The driveway was not paved and hard to back out of. Also it was hard to see the house number especially at night. There wasn’t a whole lot of place to park either. But I would definitely think about coming back here with my husband and 2 kids.

Pictures don't do it justice!

Our family just got home from staying here for the long weekend. Originally I hesitated booking because there were no reviews so I hope my review helps put someone else's mind at ease. This is house is beautiful and the location was perfect. The home was so peaceful and it fit our family (2 adults, 3 kids 18, 16, 14) with room to spare. We could tell they took great care getting it ready for us. The access to the water was our favorite part, we played in the water, fished and used their Lili-pad. We drove into town and ate out but the kitchen was loaded and ready to be used. We forgot our shampoo/soap and the store was only 10 min away which is great. The house has everything you will need on vacation. You will not regret staying here!! We are already ready to go back!
