Bring your family and relax with this cozy 3-bedroom lake front home on beautiful lake Granbury. Located 15 Minutes from downtown Granbury and 40 min from Historic downtown Fort Worth. Bring your family/friends and enjoy the lake front sunsets, BBQ on the back dock while playing cornhole or fishing off the dock. Some of the best bass fishing in Texas.

Living room offers a Smart TV, Fireplace, comfortable seating for all. Enjoy a quite night with a movie or play some family board games.
Bedroom 1- offers a king size bed, smart tv, your own bathroom with his and her sinks, and walk in shower and a view of the lake.
Bedroom 2 - offers a queen size bed, tv, closet and your own access to the second bathroom.
Bedroom 3 - offers 4 bunkbeds, tv, DVD player and is set up for the kids. With a view of the lake.
Kitchen: offers a full-size fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, island, fully stocked dishes with basic cooking utensils. Keurig coffee maker.

Property was great right on the lake, perfect for celebrating my daughter’s birthday. Fishing was fun. House was set up perfectly. It is within a gated secured neighborhood, which is great, but the check-in process was a bit difficult as each driver of the vehicles needed to be on the guest guest list, or were not able to enter, but after a bit of waiting and communication with the host, the rest of the trip was fantastic.

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay while we visited family. Everything was perfect and so peaceful. My kids loved fishing off the dock while I read and watched the beautiful sunset. We will definitely be back!

Everything in this B&B was excellent. Very clean, plenty of room. the provided everything needed. We have stayed in B&B's for many years and this one was near the top of the list - cannot go wrong renting it

We really enjoyed a quick weekend getaway to visit family in the area. The house was nice and felt like we were at home. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Alot of outside seating to sit outside and enjoy the lake view. Bedrooms were nice size with comfortable beds which is not always the case when renting vrbo'sFishing wasnt great but cant control the weather cold front blew in and it was really windy. Juan responded quickly and was so pleasant to work with.

Everything was just what I needed for a weekend away. TVs in each room, very clean and the patio was very peaceful. A storm hit the first night and the owner responded quickly to all my questions.

This was an excellent experience! Spotlessly clean, well decorated and anything you could possibly use in the kitchen is right there. Very comfortable, just steps to the lake. Calm and peaceful. I wonder definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.
