Roomy Lake rights with private dock large yard perfect family get away

Across the street from Oneida Lake with lake rights and a PRIVATE dock for you to enjoy all sort of water activities. You can keep a row boat or canoe tied to the dock during the day weather permitting and at night it can be pulled up on shore. If you are bringing a motor boat you have to take it out of the water overnight. The State Boat Launch (no fees) is 2 mile from our house. We have a big area for keeping boat trailers. Perfect for that family staycation, relaxing getaway or just plain ole fun in the sun! Plenty of parking and lots of bedrooms space so that you can share special times and occasions with friends and/or family. Perfect location for all the 4 seasons that NY has to offer. It’s a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. The master bedroom has a king bed with a adult size cot but plenty of room to easily fit 3 or more air mattress. The master also has a profession elliptical. The downstairs has two good size bedrooms one with a queen size bed and a queen air mattress and the other has a full size bed with plenty of room for an air mattress. Each bedroom has a large flat screen TV. This is a very KID FRIENDLY house. You will have more than enough space to feel comfortable and relax.

Great walleye fishing off the shore in fall time with a limit of 5 walleye per day per person.

Whether you are looking to try the casinos or shop at a 6-story mall like Destiny USA, this 3-bed, 2-bath vacation rental has easy access to both; the New York State Fair is a must-try with events and markets galore.

Full disclosure- there is no central air but we do have window units that do that job. We built this home with our own hands and and in no means is the house perfect but we love it and hope you will too!

We are open to short and long term rentals- week long rentals or longer will be offered a discount.

Great Lake House

House was very clean and spacious. You can't beat the location right near the lake! Easy to check in and the neighbors were very friendly! Got a front row view to the neighbors fireworks display for the 4th as an added bonus. Highly recommend!

Our experience at this property was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, communication was seamless and helpful. The house itself had so much space and was stunningly beautiful. Our family had an incredible time—the upstairs gave the kids plenty of space to play and relax. The property is gorgeous, and the neighbors were welcoming and very friendly. Family friends gathering for celebration of life

Loved the ‘homey’ feel, air conditioners on hot days, great kitchen and grill. We had a campfire one night. Neighbors were friendly, neighborhood was good for walking. We rented a boat and were able to pull up to the dock. Constructive criticism -fix the front deck access and loose back door handle and put up window coverings in all rooms (it’s hard to feel comfortable in a strange place knowing neighbors can see in) overall a wonderful experience

Relaxing Trip

Perfect spot for family vacation

This was a great experience overall! Easy check-in, clean and spacious property, responsive property manager, and close to many family-friendly activities. Many child-friendly materials in the house, like paints, chalkboards, and sport materials, and activities nearby, including pizza, ice cream, and a wild animal safari. The neighbors were also very helpful. It was the perfect place for our first multi-generational family vacation!

Fishing Trip

My friends and I rented from Meghan for 11 days and it was amazing. The house was perfect, plenty of parking, and is in a great location for local restaraunts. The boat launch is only a few minutes away which was super important to us. Overall, it was an awesome trip and we will definitely book with Meghan again in the future! 5 stars across the board!

Lakeside Comfort

My wife, sister-in-law and I stayed at this very large and comfortable lakeside house while attending my 60th high school reunion. We found the house to be clean and comfortable and in a good location with easy access to the Syracuse area. It would be a perfect place for a family with young children because of the huge yard or for people who would take advantage of the dock and access to Oneida Lake.

We wanted somewhere we could go as a family to celebrate our boys 21st birthdays. We brought our boat and used their dock across the street during the day. The house had many modern updates, Neibor’s were helpful, and the house was fully stocked with essentials.

Family Getaway for wedding and Graduation Party

The host was very helpful and quuck in answering questions. The house was very comfortable for our large family. Kitchen was well equipped for the baking my sister had to do for a party. The neighbors were all very friendly and personable. Minor hicups but overall a wonderful family vacation.

Vacation/relocating to Syracuse

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood We were five adults and a dog and there was plenty of space to spread out. The house is stocked with everything listed. All the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked, although we didn’t need it as the weather was perfect. The lake is a great bonus. Our dog swam with us and we had fun and cooled off after moving. While walking the dog, the neighbors are friendly. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect for weekend getaway

Kids will especially love this house. The accessibility to toys is phenomenally well thought out. The kitchen is perfect for family cooking and eating. Meghan was very communicative prompt in responding to any inquiries. The cookies/muffins, s'mores kit caddy and kids (and pets!) snacks basket was just the thing to see when walking in. If you just need a weekend for your kids to let loose and get in some fishing, I recommend this home.

Oneida Lake

The property was spacious and for the most part comfortable. The kitchen and back yard was great. Meghan was very easy to work with and very helpful. The house seemed like they were still working to fix things, some doors hard to open/close, could not get hot water in upstairs shower, but the first floor shower was hot and worked well. For the cost, I would have expected everything to work. Overall a nice experience and the issues with the house were minor.

LOVELY LIL LAKE HOUSE

Property owner Meghan is a dream to work with. Great communication and she left the lights on for us to get in late for check-in. House is perfect for folks traveling with kids and dogs. Tons of play items, kiddie table, unfenced yard space, and furniture is already funky so perfect for dogs. We did not care for the rain shower style faucets, but had great hot water/pressure for our showers. The kitchen is wonderful for cooking meals and we loved using the high end AllClad/Staub Cookware. There are all sorts of appliances and gadgets in the kitchen. Many assorted spices and whatnot available in cabinets as well. Primary suite’s bed is comfy and overlooks the beautiful lake. The upholstered furniture should be replaced with non-cloth items. The armchairs of the recliners and couches are stiff with nasty. No amount of cleaning can save them. We appreciated being able to do college girl’s laundry and ironing. Great home overall!

Kid Friendly

Overall, our entire group (kids ages 3-7, adults, and grandparents) had a great time during our stay! The property is conveniently located near a great park/ playground and a short drive from Verona Beach State Park. The property also has access to a dock just across the street that was perfect for those quick evening swims with the kiddos! The only minor issues we encountered were pertaining to the house amenities. The downstairs shower was not equipped with a shower head. It was fully functional and certainly got the job done, but was a bit clunky to get used to. Also there were no shades or curtains on the bathroom windows on the 2nd floor. There didn’t appear to be any windows at the same height on adjacent homes, but it still felt a bit weird. All in all, everyone had a great experience and we would consider renting the property again in the future.

Weekend stay

My group of friends had a great time at Meghan's place! The house was perfect for what we needed. Big kitchen and living room, and plenty of room for the 6 of us. We brought some inter tubes and just hung out on the dock or swam in the lake! We all agreed we would love to visit again! Thank you Meghan!

Terrific place

We stayed here for a weekend with a total of 10 people and a dog. We had an event in Syracuse. It’s a beautiful place and a great location. Several of us (including the dog) took advantage of the lake. Highly recommended!

Oneida Lake Getaway

My friends and I were very happy to stay in this lovely home across the street from the lake and a 10 minute drive to Sylvan Beach! The owners were friendly and responsive to any questions. Large back yard with a fire pit. Plenty of parking for cars. Beautiful kitchen. We had a wonderful weekend.

Roomy comfort on the lake!

We had a group of 7 of us stay and we could certainly have fit even more. The master bedroom is very spacious. Kids loved all the toys and having their own TV. Adults enjoyed mornings lounging with coffee on the deck overlooking the lake. Kitchen was well stocked and great for cooking. Meghan was quick responding to any questions and went over and above -- thank you for bringing over a hairdryer! We would definitely stay again if we visit the area!

Grandkids Entertainment

This amazing place has everything to entertain the grandkids. A kid’s 4-wheeler, a jungle-gym and toys galore. Swimming in the lake was very popular. For the adults the home is fully stocked and the fire pit was relaxing after an enjoyable day. We hope to return next year.
