North Shore Cottage et Bunk House

Notre chalet au bord du lac se trouve Ă  20 pieds du front de mer avec un grand foyer donnant sur l'eau. Le bunkhouse est idĂ©al pour les enfants avec lits superposĂ©s et leur propre salon. 80 pieds de toute nouvelle alliure en aluminium avec patio Ă  la fin vous donne beaucoup de place pour accrocher prĂšs de l'eau. Super endroit pour de grandes vacances familiales et familiales multiples. Oneida Lake a accueilli le Bassmaster Classic deux fois avec des critiques Ă©logieuses de Pro. Worm et Bobber fonctionnent bien aussi. Le palan Ă  moteur en aluminium de 4 000 lb est disponible moyennant des frais supplĂ©mentaires. Sylvan Beach se trouve Ă  10 minutes en bateau avec un fond sablonneux oĂč vous pouvez ancrer votre bateau au large de 2 Ă  4 pieds d'eau. Plage trĂšs progressive. IdĂ©al pour les enfants. Nous vous invitons Ă  profiter de notre chalet sur le lac.

Family stay

The house was in very good condition and very clean. The only drawback was that it was close to other properties. Also, it could use another bathroom in the bunkhouse. Mr. Conway was extremely gracious on a few issues. We would definitely stay there again.

The house was absolutely perfect! Lots of room, great kitchen and great table that fit all 12 of us for eating as well as game playing!! Kevin was a super host and very prompt in all communication!!A few items of note, the bunk house needs a bathroom, instruction sheet could be clearer and WiFi passwords next to the TV did not work. Also renters should be aware that August at Oneida Lake is Algae Bloom season so beware!!!

Perfect accommodations for our annual fishing trip. House is in great shape and very welcoming. Host extremely helpful and provides all the basics needed for an easy planning getaway. We will definitely be returning.

Peaceful getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at the Conway Cottage. The view is fantastic with great sun in the morning and shade in the evening. Great lake access and the view is gorgeous. Very conveniently located close to Sylvan Beach and also located in a quiet and peaceful little neighborhood.

Great location. Owner was easy to work with.

We were in town for a few days for a concert, but in hindsight, I would’ve brought a small boat, jet skis or some watercraft (Canoes,etc) for the kids to use. It has a great dock and a boat lift right out the back yard.

Excellent Stay!

The house is located in a beautiful and safe area. The house is clean, well-stocked, and right near the water. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching the stunning sunsets at night over the lake. The house is also close to Sylvan Beach which has great restaurants and an amusement park open later in the summer. Further, communication/check-in was quick and easy. We definitely recommend this property to others!

Perfect for my large family. Had an East Coast and West Coast Family reunion.

This spot was amazing and the owners couldn't have been nicer. They made us feel right at home. The cottage provided all the essentials for a great experience. And the bunk house had all the room my grandchildren needed. I would highly recommend Conways and their beautiful lakeside cottage. Thsnks for a great vacation.

Lovely Lakehouse

Myself and a bunch of friends and family stayed here to have a get together for the first time in ten years, catch up, fish Oneida, and relax on the shore. This lakehouse was an incredible find, Kevin was amazing to work with and super responsive whenever we had a question about the property. 10/10 would love to rent this place again :)

Graduation weekend

Place was great. They have everything you could possibly need. Very clean and view is amazing. Just a note if you have dog allergies you should know they have a dog that comes to the house that is hypoallergenic but my husband still had breathing issues.

A wonderful week at the lake!

We absolutely loved our stay! The lake house and bunkhouse were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The accommodations seemed even more spacious than they looked in the pictures. The swimming situation was perfect for my 6- and 7-year-old grandchildren, and they couldn't wait to swim each day. We have stayed at several different cottages over the past few years, and everyone agreed that this was the best! We are hoping to return next year! Thanks so much to our host!

Ice fishing weekend

Great weekend of ice fishing and relaxing

This property is a gem! Located directly on the water, perfect for fisherman and large groups. I can’t say enough about how perfect this place is. From the new and large kitchen area to the excellent WiFi and TV set up with all the Roku and streaming app’s available. We weee able to find any movie imaginable. I will be using this property again. Also - extremely clean!

Great location

Kevin was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The house had plenty of room for 13 of us. All of the beds were comfortably. The kitchen and living room had plenty of room for all of us to hang out at night and play games or cards. The view is great, wake up in the morning and look out on the lake, we enjoyed coffee sitting at the end of the dock. Plenty of things to do in the area. The boat launch is just a few miles away. I would recommend this house and the area.

Splendid

Please do not read this review and the reason is if you do you will want to rent the home and that leaves less availability for us to rent it again. The home is splendid the location is incredible on the water and there is ample space and the bunk house is great for some separation. The host was the best and and he responds quickly. The property is in great shape. We will rent again for sure. The location is remote but there is enough around from small country stores etc to Turning Stone casino is only 30 mins away. You will love the home.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Everything is BRAND NEW!! Following a wind storm accident in 2018, we rebuilt what was a seasonal cottage into a year round house and attached it to the "bunk House". There is PLENTY of room to enjoy your vacation without tripping over each other or sleeping on air mattresses.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The location of this cottage literally feet from the water is what we love. There is a full view of the lake from the main living area and plenty of room outside for large gatherings. Evenings around the fire pit with the moon shining on the water is the perfect way to end the day.

Oneida Lake is 22 miles long and 3 miles wide giving plenty of room for boating activities.

We offer a 4,000 lb aluminum boat hoist with canopy for an additional $100/week. 80 feet of aluminum dock is plenty of room for your watercraft as well. There is a Marina in the same bay that rents boats, kayaks, and SUP by the day and week. The bay is sheltered by a point from the prevailing westerly winds so even when the lake is rockin', our bay is nice and calm.
