Enjoy activities such as swimming, fishing or relaxing overlooking the lake, with a fully updated kitchen and relaxing bathrooms. Canoe, stand-up paddle board, corn hole, etc. are on-site. Wide screen, smart TV for bing watching your favorite show. Open floor plan with views of the lake from kitchen, dining room and living room. King bedroom and twin bedroom overlooks lake. Four bedrooms plus a loft. Private dock with boat cleats. Kitchen is for cooks and bakers with LG appliances including gas range. Spacious, tiled showers. Central air conditioning. Full bath with utility sink, W/D, mini fridge and seating area in the cellar. Close proximity to boat marinas, Oneida River and I - 81 (for those commuting to sporting events and local universities.

This was our 4th Holiday stay at Kristens. It was once again one of the BEST rentals we have ever stayed in. My favorite part of the house is how everytime we visit it is how clean it is. Everything is kept in great condition. Kristen is a responsive, amazing host.

Beautiful home on the west end of Oneida Lake. We loved the cleanliness of this high end home, especially the gas fireplace as the lake effect snow came in. The Canada geese have a flyway and also enjoy eating and sleeping in front of the home!

Bright Residence with much to offer

Plusses - clean and well appointed (outdoor chairs, grill, fire pit, dock kayak, toys for the kids, etc., great location on "big" bay on Oneida lake which has less boat/wave runner traffic than the main lake as it's shallow. Nice view from the kitchen, dining and seating area.What you should know - we had 3 children (5,8 and 14) and 5 adults and while it has several bedding options with twin and trundle bed options, only two couples may have a private room, a third couple could sleep in the open area upstairs on a pullout couch. The biggest challenges were tight seating at the kitchen table as it only comfortably seats 6 and it's tight to get around between the kitchen counter (with 3 bar seats) and sofa in the living room.Overall, very nice place and well appointed.

Wonderful Stay on Lake Oneida

What a beautiful house! The house was superbly decorated and was so comfortable. The appliances were fantastic. We had a great time and wouldlove to stay again! I can’t think of any negatives about the property.

We had an excellent time and the house is wonderful. The host was so accommodating even going out of her way to get the dock in early for our family. She suggested a wonderful local steak shop and instead of going out for graduation we catered our family in and it was fantastic. Very kind and communicates very well. Thank you so much.

Beautiful lake front home close to Syracuse University campus

We stayed at this lovely home which is about 20 minutes from Syracuse University for a football game weekend with friends. It was spacious and comfortable for our two families and our children. A very well appointed kitchen was much appreciated as well as the cozy electric fireplace! All of the beds were comfortable and the view of the lake was beautiful! Highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay!

Relaxing Lakeside vacation

We had a great time at this rental. The home was immaculate and provided so many amenities. We were also welcomed with cookies and s’mores fixings. The beds were comfortable and decor gets you in vacation mode. Best was being able to access the lake steps away from the house. There were plenty of chairs, lake toys and yard games to keep us occupied outside.

Beautiful stay on the lake

Our family had an excellent stay and we're thankful for the opportunity to view the solar eclipse! Everything in the house is recently updated and well maintained. We enjoyed sitting by firepit next to the lake, games, fishing and warming up by the fireplace. Kristen was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Great 2nd Stay!

This was our second time spending the holidays at Kristen’s house and it was just as GREAT as the first time. The house is a perfect layout for our family of five, in a great location and one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed at. If you are even thinking about booking here, just do it! Beautiful home

This was such a beautiful home in a great quiet location. The home was very clean and had everything you could think of. There was wood for fires, towels for showers! We will definitely be coming back. Out of all the rentals I’ve stayed at this has been my family’s favorite by far! We can’t wait to come back soon!

Amazing weekend stay

Kristen is a true "superhost" and the property was absolutely lovely. Kristen went out of her way from booking to check out to make sure our stay would be wonderful. Our experience was 100% positive. The house is beautiful, recently remodeled with brand new appliances, gorgeous bathrooms and great layout for a family. Kristen has everything in the house you could possibly need. Rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable (my 22-year-old son said he thought his bed was the most comfortable bed he ever slept on)! Sunrise over the lake from the main floor and upstairs bedrooms was beautiful! The property is located on a quiet street right on Lake Oneida with amazing views and we enjoyed walking on the dock. We would have loved to have more time to enjoy the paddle boards and fire pit! My family thought the house and location was absolutely perfect! I enthusiastically recommend Kristen and her lakeside property.

Perfect spot to spend family time

We recently rented Kristen's home for the Easter holiday weekend. We loved the special touch of the Easter decorations throughout the house. The house was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well stocked and there was room for everyone to spread out. This house is either new or newly renovated. The bathrooms were beautiful and big. The bedrooms were a nice size with comfortable beds. There is a seating area on the second floor which was a great space for the kids to hang out. The kitchen had nice appliances and plenty of counter space which made meal prep a breeze. We are not familiar with the area and Kristen was great at providing quick responses to my questions. There is a Wegmans close by. While there we took a trip into Syracuse to the zoo. We appreciated the close proximity to the highway. Although the highway is close it is incredibly quiet at this location. On the nicer days we were able to enjoy the Adirondack chairs down by the water. It was a beautiful view. There is a nice fire pit as well. We will definitely rent this home again when we are in the area.

Amazing Holiday Stay! Highly Recommend

This was one of the BEST places I have stayed at. We stayed in the house over Christmas. The house was cutely decorated for Christmas and my kids LOVED the Hot Chocolate Bar that was set up. If cleanliness is important to you, then this is the place to stay. I am picky with things being clean and I have nothing but 5 stars for the house. The next time I am back in town, I plan to stay here again.
