The unit is decorated with beautiful earth tone colors and is wonderfully appointed. It has large expansive windows and two private balconies, one with dramatic views of the gulf and another on the bay side which has wonderful sunset views, a built-in electric grill, and a clear view of Space X in the distance! Both balconies have lounge chairs and tables. There is free WIFI. There are TVs with internet in each room. The open kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and anything you may need from a Cuisinart to a Keurig to a mixer and more. There is large washer and dryer in the unit.

-Primary guest must be at least 30 years old. A valid ID is required at check-in.
-A MAXIMUM of 8 guests permitted, this includes infants and children. NO Exceptions
-ONLY registered individuals will be granted access to the property.
-ONLY owners are permitted to have visitors.
-No pets allowed.
-No candles permitted in the condo

*Failure to abide by Sapphire/House Rules may result in fines and/or eviction.

Please note: Sapphire guests do not access have access to the pool area at Margritaville. The restaurant and indoor bar are open to the public.

You may purchase a resort access pass from Margaritaville if you would like access to their pool.
