Just seconds to the beach, this Premier Host owner's condominium properties at Sea Vista are consistently ranked by VRBO’s Ranking Metrics as among the island’s Top 10% most desirable units. You'll find all the amenities including ample space for 8 guests featuring a living/dining area, fully appointed kitchen with walk-in pantry, master bedroom and bath and two quiet bedrooms sharing a full bath. The master bedroom and living areas feature a walk-out porch with Adirondack chairs for some beach side relaxation. This unit is particularly unique because of its proximity to the board walk leading to the beach and its floor-to-ceiling windows which present you a constant and magnificent view of the dunes and beach shore line. At sunrise you’ll surely enjoy dune flowers as they emerge with each sunrise. The unit is fully digital with wireless internet and internet enabled digital entertainment center. A laundry room has a large load washer/dryer and beach toys are available in the owner's storage unit. Fabulous beds and linens will ensure you enjoy the most restful sleep possible. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Our family enjoyed staying in it and felt at home. All the amenities worked well And the pools in the complex were very nice. The access to the beach was very close and easy. Thank you for a wonderful place and stay!

Absolutely perfect! We loved our stay, had everything we needed. Walked out to sit on the beach every day. Condo is beautifully decorated! So many close restaurants and lots of shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this condo and so did our kids! Beautiful and well kept. The beach view spans from the master suite to the dining room/kitchen so you can enjoy the stunning view your whole time. The owners were kind, responsive and easy to work with and they have truly thought of every detail when decorating and loading this condo, so that you truly feel at home. Just bring your clothes and groceries and they have thought of the rest. Get some detergent, if you’d like to do laundry while there. The facility itself is also a nice place as well; equipped with two pools, direct access to the beach and showers. Check-in and checkout with the facility and property could not have been easier. We will for sure recommend this condo to anyone traveling to SPI! The perfect home away from home! Thank you Ed and Betty for sharing your piece of paradise with us!!

My entire family had an excellent time during our Christmas week stay. The weather was 75-80 degrees all week and the gulf was warm enough for swimming. The condo was perfect for our stay. It is a perfect location and the owner the property and owners have provided all the amenities for an enjoyable stay. The owners are very responsive to all questions and any issues that may arise. This condo offers a list of great amenities: Great location, near to causeway for easy access to Port Isabel. Property is clean & well maintained. Plenty of space in condo with a kitchen that contains all the items you will need for your stay. Condo is very quiet with a great view of the ocean. This condo fit our needs womdefully. Had everything we needed from beach toys to towels and more. Wonderful view of the beach, easy access and great location. The beach was great and not crowded at all compared to others down the island. We had a womderful time and would 100% stay here again in the future!

Communication with Ed was always prompt and helpful.The easy access/short walk to the beach was wonderful. Everyone agreed this was the most relaxing beach trip of all. We had a three YO and an almost one YO with us and the condo and balcony worked very well for all of us.The personnel we interacted with at the complex were helpful and accommodating.I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Great beach location

The condo was super clean and well stocked. There was plenty of beach items provided, stocked with basic necessities. The view was phenomenal and the location couldn’t be beat. Our kids went from beach to pool multiple times a day. The owners were so kind and so helpful.
