Welcome to Casa Cova, where the incredible beachfront views are matched only by the warm and inviting comforts of its interior design. Casa Cova boasts the largest balconies of all three-bedroom units as well as the most central and unobstructed views. We have a dining table that seats up to eight, a canopy reading nook and built in bed with personal tv.

This condo is located on the eighth floor and has amazing views! From its modern and clean aesthetic to its countless convenient amenities, we strive to offer everything you need to make this the most memorable time spent in South Padre Island! Our kitchen is stocked with everything from a smoothie maker to a full sized breakfast griddle, Keurig coffee maker to a Sous Vide. While each bedroom offers every comfort from Smart televisions to oscillating fans and tastefully curated decor. The living room boasts a large sectional, chaise lounge, two swivel chairs and a 65-inch Smart TV. Our beachside balcony offers the most space and best views at Sapphire, along with comfortable chaise lounge and seating options. While our Bayside balcony has a stainless steel electric grille and a dining table with seating for more than 4 people and even amazing views of Space X launches and landings!

Baby crib, high chair and a pack & play are available upon request for an additional fee.

If you’re looking for a cabana by the pool, you can book one 24 hours in advance at the front desk. Plus, there’s no extra charge for the poolside chairs!

The Sapphire is conveniently located within minutes from restaurants, shopping plazas and also has direct beach access with a private boardwalk.

The City of South Padre Island offers free metro transportation and Uber/Taxis are also available. Some people prefer to walk, rent a bike or rent a golf cart to get around.

South Padre Island is lined with restaurants, cafés, shops, beachside restaurants/bars. Many locals and tourists enjoy wind surfing, fishing, dinner cruises and much more!

Please note: Margaritaville’s restaurant and indoor bar are open to the public. If you’d like access to their pool, you can purchase an access pass at the hotel`s front desk.

IMPORTANT NOTICE – ****STRICT CANCELLATION AND OCCUPANCY POLICY: BY BOOKING THIS PROPERTY, THE GUEST CONFIRMS THAT THEY HAVE READ, FULLY UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THIS CANCELLATION POLICY. GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED $100 CANCELLATION FEE AND WILL RECEIVE A 95% REFUND ONLY IF THE RESERVATION IS CANCELLED AT LEAST 5 FULL DAYS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED CHECK-IN DATE. SAPPHIRE CONDOMINIUM RULES AND REGULATIONS. By creating this reservation and/or staying in one of our properties located at Sapphire Condominium, the Guest acknowledges and understands that the Guest will be required to sign two forms acknowledging and agreeing to Sapphire Condominium’s rules and regulations. Those forms represent a separate contract, agreement, or commitment between the Guest and Sapphire Condominium and are not created, issued, controlled, or associated with GISO Vacation Rentals or the Host in any way. The rules and regulations are created and enforced by Sapphire Condominium, not by GISO Vacation Rentals or the Host. The Guest further agrees that if the Guest, any member of the Guest’s party, or any visitor violates any Sapphire Condominium rule and a fine, fee, penalty, or charge is imposed, the Guest will be fully financially responsible for paying that amount.

NOTE: A $500 DAMAGE/FINE DEPOSIT WILL APPEAR AS A HOLD ON YOUR CREDIT CARD (THIS IS NOT A CHARGE). THE HOLD WILL BE RELEASED WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER CHECKOUT. HOWEVER, IF YOU INCUR A FINE DUE TO NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES, THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE USED TO COVER THAT FINE.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. For reservations at Sapphire Condominium, the Guest acknowledges and understands that Sapphire Condominium strictly enforces a maximum occupancy limit of eight (8) guests, including children and infants. No exceptions will be allowed. The Guest further agrees that exceeding the maximum occupancy limit is a violation of Sapphire Condominium rules and may result in denied access, removal, cancellation, fines, fees, penalties, or other charges, for which the Guest will be fully financially responsible.

Sapphire Policy during SPRING BREAK and HOLY WEEK: `At check in the concierge will ask for ID’s of all guests to confirm the renter and guests are a family living under the same household during their check in time. We will not allow check in if the renter does not meet these requirements. Family is considered only immediate (mother, father, daughter, son, and/or grandparents). Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews or nieces are NOT considered immediate family.`

Condo Rules:

- Guest registration forms must be emailed prior to guest arrival.
- Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited.
- Children must not be left unattended on balconies.
- The primary guest must be at least 30 years old. A valid identification document is required at check-in.
- A maximum of 8 guests are permitted, including infants and children. Exceptions are not allowed.
- Only registered individuals will be granted access to the property.
- Only owners are permitted to have guests.
- Candles are not permitted in the condominium.
- Unruly behavior will not be tolerated.
- Failure to comply with Sapphire regulations may result in fines and/or eviction.

Please note that Sapphire guests do not have access to the pool area at Margaritaville. The restaurant and indoor bar are open to the public. You may purchase a resort access pass from Margaritaville if you wish to access their pool.
