Amazing host.
The house is beautiful to say the least. The host and his wife are very welcoming and friendly. Plus they stocked the house with things like laundry detergent. 5⭐️Aren’t enough. The entire stay was amazing.

First Month as snowbirds!
We loved our month stay at this lovely home in quiet neighborhood. Felt safe, and had most beautiful sunsets at our private pool every eve. About a 20 minute drive either way to awesome locations. Hardly any traffic.Make sure you visit The Blue Dog Bar& Grill also great little bars and restaurants in old town Punta Gorda. Pavil was quick to repair one mishap we had and would definitely stay there again!
