GREAT SPOT!!

Really liked this place. Very clean and nice stay. Easy short walk to the beach. The owners were great at communicating. Completely recommend this spot.

Best stay ever!

The host was wonderful, and the property was just so cool! The pictures don't do it justice, just beautiful. The property was also clearly well kept and maintained, the villa was very clean. Very convenient location as well, plenty of things to explore around Cocoa Beach, Melbourne, and other surrounding areas. We hope to be back someday!

Comfy bed! Would stay again.

I always appreciate when a property has a decent mattress and this was perfect for a girls weekend! Had everything we needed and would stay here again. Cross A1A and the beach access is there. It’s a small place and decorated nicely. There is another unit behind this one and those guests do walk past your entrance.

Great Location Great Property

Close to many attractions and very clean and quiet. Pictures do not give justice to property. Short walk to the water (less than a block). Owners worked hard on keeping us up to date with the current attractions

Unique, Very Quiet

This has easily been one of my favorite stays to date. So unique, perfect location, sweetest of neighbors AND all the little attention to details and personal touches made the stay SO special. Everything you could need + more. Also LOVED being able to travel back home with clean luggage. This truly was such a gem to find - so grateful for the memories!

Great place to stay!!

My daughter and I stayed in this property after a volleyball tournament in Orlando. This was our first time visiting Cocoa Beach and we were not disappointed. The property was clean and exactly as listed. The neighbors we met were all nice and the neighborhood was quiet, laidback, and just all around chill. Most importantly, the hosts were communicative and it is apparent they take care of their property and Vrbo customers. This might be the beginning of a new vacation spot for the fam🤗

Perfect, relaxing beach stay!

The listing is spot-on! This quiet condo has everything you would need to just unpack your clothes and head to the beach! Don’t worry about dragging your house along with you! Delightful neighbors, quiet street with a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach, and minutes to great dining! The hosts were so thoughtful and even made sure we knew about an upcoming shuttle launch. Will certainly come back!

PRISTINE HOME AWAY FROM HOME

This property is absolutely AMAZING! Beautifully and very tastefully decorated. From the moment you walk through the door, you feel a sense of "HOME". There is sooooo much attention to detail, from the personalized notes everywhere, to finding absolutely anything and everything one could want and need while on vacation. Beach chairs, GOT EM; Coolers, GOT EM; Qtips, Sunscreen, shampoo/conditioner/soap, GOT EM! Even basic food/condiments, coffee, spices, THEY HAVE EM!! Comfortable Beds. Well stocked. EXTREMELY CLEAN! Centrally located with a very short walk to the beach! Very quiet at nights. Super cool and friendly neighbors who answered all of our questions. I have stayed in MANY VRBO's, but none have ever come close to this one! We will definitely stay here again and will highly recommend to everyone. PRISTINE! You will not regret staying here!!!! ;)
