Welcome to your South Cocoa Beach retreat, a newly renovated getaway just two blocks from the ocean and steps from the Banana River. Whether you're starting your day with a beach walk, fishing off the nearby dock, or exploring local shops and restaurants, this home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.

****New Addition: FREE access to Cosmik Tiki Heated Pool, indoor game room, bathrooms, and showers, five blocks from the house and right on the beach!****

Inside, the open living area features a leather sofa, a glass dining table for four, and stylish coffee tables with books and games. The big-screen TV, equipped with Roku, gives you access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, and more. For added fun, enjoy classic video games on the connected console or challenge yourself on the full-size arcade machine.

Just off the living room, the screened-in front porch offers a peaceful spot to unwind, allowing fresh air and a comfortable place to relax without worrying about bugs.

The king bedroom includes a cozy lounge chair and ottoman, perfect for reading or watching TV in peace. The second bedroom is comfortable, featuring a plush double bed with a single above and below as part of the bunk bed. A Roku-enabled TV to unwind before a great night sleep.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for your stay: an oven, microwave, cookware, and complimentary coffee and tea (available in both Keurig and drip options).

This is a private duplex unit with its own entrance and outdoor space. Parking is conveniently located on-site, just steps from your door. A privacy fence allows dogs to roam freely in the yard while you relax on the porch.

The walkable neighborhood is two blocks from the beach in one direction and two blocks from the Banana River in the other. Golf cart rentals are available for around $75 per day, and they are a fun way to explore.

South Cocoa Beach is a mix of vacation homes and local residences, offering a peaceful atmosphere without the feel of a hotel district. Whether you're here to enjoy the ocean, take in the quiet surroundings, or experience the best of Cocoa Beach, this home is designed to make your stay easy and enjoyable.

They went above and beyond with being thoughtful around what a family who is vacationing may need to enjoy their stay. The club access was awesome and made going to the beach super convenient. Couldn’t recommend this listing enough

Perfect home base

My teenage son and I stayed for 5 nights, with the idea to have easy access to the beach and have a home base to explore the area. It worked out really well: Brian was responsive and helpful and the unit was clean and conveniently laid out. The location is great: a quiet street with the beach around the corner, and close to a beautiful area for kayaking and fishing. I really liked that it included kayaks, fishing poles, bikes, and beach gear to use. We had a great experience!

Wonderful Beach House

We had an amazing vacation in Cocoa Beach! Staying at this property helped make this vacation so memorable. The property had everything you need. It’s 2 blocks from the beach, bikes to ride around and to the beach, all the beach essentials and extras! The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space for our family of 3. The kayak tour we took was only a block away and was a highlight of our trip! Would highly recommend this beach house! The host was also accommodating to any questions and needs.

Cocoa Beach Stay

Brian was a great host and very accommodating. Our flight got cancelled and we ended up driving which made us a day late on our arrival. Being that he had no one staying after us, he granted us the missed day by adding it to the end of our stay. Just wish the weather was more accommodating this year.

Cozy and Clean

We loved our trip to Cocoa Beach. Staying so close to the beach was wonderful! Brian was a great host! We stayed right after a hurricane and he assured us the property was good to go before we arrived. We were calling it the “beach bungalow” it was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a week stay. The beds were comfy and the sheets were soft.

Good Stay At Cocoa Beach

This location is a great option for an affordable stay in Cocoa Beach. The location is close to the beach and town. The property itself could use some TLC which is on par with all other beach properties I have visited at this price point but the beds/couches are very comfortable, all appliances worked, the neoghborhood is quiet, and Brian is a friendly and communicative host. For those interested in the beach toys, they range from perfectly usable to very dilapidated. Improvements could be made in the condition and storage methods to keep them in better shape but we were able to use what we wanted and had a great time. I would absolutely recommend this property for a casual beach vacation.

Biker weekend

We rode our motorcycles from SC to Cocoa FL and it was very refreshing to walk into a cool place to stay! The parking for motorcycles was not very ideal but we made it work. Had a very pleasant stay for the weekend and Brian responded in a timely manner each time we had a question.

Great getaway!

Very nice property, great hospitality even before I arrived to the house and during my stay. Nice and cozy love how the beach is so close and lots of things to get involved in. Especially for the kids, bikes, kayaks, beach toys. Even around the neighborhood area. No need to drive just a bit of some walking, around the area. Host is an amazing person.

Wedding Weekend

Cute, super clean and comfortable townhouse for me and my two boys. Location is great - it’s a two block walk to the beach, a few blocks to downtown for dinner or ice cream.

We bought this duplex with my parents for them to use when they are here and for us to use for our nonprofit when people are in town and need rest and a retreat.
I love my wife and three kids and after my only brother passed away in 2014 it was Cocoa Beach and the sun and warm that kept us here and will keep us in Florida for life!
