Host was very responsive and friendly! The unit was clean and inviting. There were plenty of towels and washcloths, and I liked the soft-close hinges on the cabinets. Very close to USF if you are visiting a student. Will definitely book again in the future!

Everything was nice and clean. The linens and towels were clean including the extra blankets in the closet which I always worry about. We utilized the balcony for morning coffee and also swam in the pool. It was a quiet area and we felt safe. The property manager was responsive throughout our stay. We will be back!

Perfect for events at Yuengling Center

Our family made our way to Tampa for a multiple-day event at the Yuengling Center and this location was perfect (and walkable). Beds were comfortable. Showers were nice. Kitchen came in handy. Enjoyed the pool. Definitely a location we would use again for an event at USF or a stay not far from Busch Gardens.

Good stay.

Lots of room and appeared just as photos advertised. Neighbourhood was quiet and generally clean. Property manager was very “on the ball” and instructions were clear. Overall a nice place to stay. We found the bed in master bedroom very uncomfortable, difficult to have a good sleep. The kitchen only has very limited pots and pans for cooking and no scissors. However plenty of dishes for meals. Everything appeared very clean except the floors, they need more attention for sure. Good value for the price. I’d stay again if mattress was upgraded.

Cute property!

Very cute. Extremely clean. There were so many extra clean towels!! Every kitchen item you could possibly need was there. All the tv’s had options where we could sign onto paramount plus and netflix- I loved that addition. Access to wifi information and anything you might need was emailed to me prior to my stay and laminated on the fridge. There were extra locks on the door, which made me feel safe. The patio was lovely and charming. Highly recommend this property.

Newly updated, clean, and near I-75

We needed to break up our long trip to Bonita Springs. This was the perfect place for us. The beds were great, Keurig was stocked, checkin couldn’t have been easier (we got there pretty late at night) and it was very close to I-75.

Great location, spotless and very comfortable!

I have stayed in many places but this one is by far one of the best ones!! Location is awesome and the place is spotless and very comfortable - one of the cleanest places I have seen so far. Great communication with host. Wish I could have stayed longer but definitely coming back!

Wonderful Experience and Stay!

I had an amazing stay at this property! The apartment was very clean and roomy, and it was in a convenient location as well. It's right across the street from USF and minutes away from great dining and shopping. The hosts were very communicative, attentive, and courteous too all of my needs. I highly recommend staying here!
