The kitchen features abundant storage, modern appliances, and ample counter space for creating your culinary wonders. Access to the upper-level patio is easy from the main level common areas. On the patio you ll find a large grill, plenty of seating and an outdoor table that accommodates ten.The main level master suite features a king-sized bed, TV, deck access and an adjoining full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A full-sized washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Downstairs houses a spacious game room complete with pool table, TV, and kitchenette. The second king suite offers access to both the lower deck and the downstairs full bath.On the far side of the game room from the second king suite you ll find the third and fourth king suites which are joined by a Jack and Jill bathroom. The lower level patio can be accessed from the upper level patio and various entry points on the lower level of the home. From the lower patio stone steps lead to a covered pavilion where you can enjoy drinks or picnic near the water.
