This house is a part of a duplex side by side, this unit is two level whit stairs, both units are used for Vrbo.
It’s equipped with everything you need for your vacation, just 10 min from the Clearwater airport, 20 min from the Tampa international airport, 25 min to the beach, 35 min to Tarpon Spring.
The house is not completely fenced in and it has a big yard that is shared with.
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place.

Great place to stay in Clearwater

This was a great place for our family of 4 to stay while on vacation in Clearwater. Maria made the process very easy and her home was very comfortable and clean.

Great Place to stay!

Came to Clearwater for a weekend of softball and this was the perfect place to stay. Very clean and plenty of room! Communication was great and all was very seamless. Would definitely book again! GO BUCKS! O-H!

Really enjoyed our stay!

The property is as described online. There is a lot of space, it is very clean, and well decorated. The owner, Maya, was very quick to respond to our questions. When we experienced a problem with the WiFi, she had the local provider come out right away to replace the router. She is pleasant and wants her guests to enjoy their stay.

We were very pleased with the house. It was very nice, clean, and in a convenient location. We had to leave early because my husband was feeling ill. We would definitely consider staying again next time we stay in the area.

Plenty of Room - Two Houses, One Roof.

The house was clean and well cared for. I love the main floor living option and the dual areas. Main floor had a bedroom with ensuite, and another full bath, plus kitchen, dining table, laundry, amd living room. Upstairs was like an entire separate house with a second living room, two bedrooms (primary ensuite) a half bath, dining area, and wetbar. We stayed on the main floor while the children stayed upstairs in their own area. Excellent set up. Thoroughly enjoyed out stay. Owners were quickly reaponsive and very accommodating.

Beautiful home

We stayed here for a girls trip -the home itself is beautiful…exactly like in the photos. Only thing to note is that the 2nd bedroom upstairs has a double bed; not queen-which caused 2 of the girls to have to switch nights as to who got the bed and who got the sofa outside. Important to note for planning purposes but others wise is exactly as shown in pics. I will add that the location is fine -I just didn’t feel comfortable going out for walks myself and wouldn’t have esp gone outside on my own. It’s kind of secluded (tucked in area). The place is perfect middle spot between Tampa airport and Clearwater and st Peter. We stayed there and made daily trips to clear water and/or St Peter and it was amazing! I would recommend it to others for sure! Host was amazingly responsive via text for whenever we had a question. Checkin and check out was super easy. We didn’t use any of the kitchen stuff besides the sink lol so can’t say anything about those. This was truly our sleep site since we were out most of the days and only came to the home to rest and reset. .

Clean, accommodating & spacious

We were a group of 4 and this home was exactly what we needed with plenty of space for 2 more people! It’s a close commute to BayCare park, St. Pete’s, restaurants and grocery stores. The home was very clean and spacious, and with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, everyone had their own space. 1 queen bed with bath downstairs and a second full hallway bathroom. A king bed and bath upstairs, powder room and a second bedroom. The second floor living area was very nice for those wanting to slip away from the rest of the group and watch something different on TV, read or just quietly relax. There is also a kitchenette with beverage refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave, and a nice desk area if you need to work remotely. The host was quick to respond but we had no issues, only questions. Everything was updated, kitchen and bathrooms are newly renovated. Ample lighting, lots of ceiling fans and a rustic motif gave this property a comfortable, at home feel, certainly a pleasant surprise! Looking forward to returning next year.

The experience started out amazing as I asked to drop our suitcases off on the porch earlier than the 3 pm check in and the host offered for us to check in at 12:30 pm. That was awesome and we really appreciated the understanding of our flight times with 5 people in 1 car. The rental is not in the best part of town but it is convenient to the airport so that’s a plus. I was disappointed when I discovered only 3 bath towels and 1 wash cloth. The rental was supposed to sleep up to 6 people but only 3 guests can shower each day. I messaged the owner but she argued the towels were there and even sent pictures of the bathroom to prove it. She stated additional towels were located in the closets which were never located nor were any additional towels delivered from the host. I had to spend an additional 50 for bath towels even though the listing stated towels would be provided. If the house sleeps 6 then there needs to be at least 6 bath towels no one wants to share towels with a housemate. Disappointed in how the host argued and was not willing to assist in the situation.The air upstairs doesn’t work too well and stayed around 80 during the day. I once again asked the host to check on the A/C she responded to turn on the fans. Duh we had the fans up as high as they would go with the blinds closed but it cooled off around midnight if you want to wait till then to go upstairs. The overall cleanliness and upkeep was poor
