No need to drive to the beach, you're already there! Steps from historic Buckroe Beach and Park, you will find calm waters, soft sand and lots of shells. This beach is on the calm, tranquil waters of the Cheasepeake Bay and is perfect for kids and families. In addition to being walking distance to the beach, the house is also a short walk to a park with pavilions available for reservation, grills for cooking out, a large playground as well as restaurants, a scenic pier, a fishing pier, a convenience store and many other anemities.
By car, the property is located only a few minutes from several grocery stores and a seafood market. Great restaurants & breweries can be found within 3-4 miles (pizza, seafood, french creole, mexican, italian and many more!) Also, knowing that is gets hot during the summer, each bedroom has a large ceiling fan to keep you cool while resting - afternoon nap or at night!
There are Jetski rentals, concessions and ice cream available throughout the summer on the newly renovated boardwalk. On Saturday mornings throughout the summer there is a farmers' market with local produce, crafts and food across the street in the park.
