We loved staying at Caroline's casita. It was great to have the extra room and a washer/dryer and the bed was wonderful, We hiked for miles, ate lunch at Tune Up grill, dinner at Boca and Paloma.

Casa Perla is PERFECTO!

Casa Perla quickly felt like home to us and our two pups during the Christmas holiday. Everything you need is available and ready for you when you arrive and our property host was outstanding. We had a lovely gift basket full of goodies when we arrived and we thoroughly enjoyed the close proximity to amazing restaurants and shopping, all in walking distance to this amazing casita. Leaving was hard but we will be back again.

Perfectly Appointed Retreat

Casa Perla is beautifully appointed and up to the standards of those who appreciate luxury linens and a Wolf range. We had everything we needed for a restful stay. And the private patio is the perfect spot to enjoy the high desert air and sun shine. Bonus points for off street parking and an easy walk to the Plaza. We will be back!

Cozy Santa Fe Retreat

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely autumn stay at Casa Perla. It was everything described and more! We found it well-appointed, cozy, and within walking distance to most of the heart of Santa Fe where we spent our time. Caroline also provided a helpful binder full of recommendations for dining, shopping, attractions, and everything else one could think of. We loved every minute and look forward to returning soon!

Perfect place!

I spent a week in this terrific property while visiting friends who live in Santa Fe and going to the opera. Everything was just excellent -- unbeatable location, beautifully designed space, large and luxurious patio, very high end amenities. Highly recommended!

Perfect Spot!

This is a beautifully appointed property. Amenities are top notch and the decor sophisticated. On a practical level, there is dedicated parking and an easy walk to the Plaza. On a personal level, the homeowner was generous and communicative. We felt well cared for. The lovely private patio is a cherry on top

Nice stay

Fireplace doesnt draw right is only down side, u have to crack the door and it was 30 out. Location is easily walkable to downtown and has off street parking large enough for a van. Was very nice stay.

Casa Perla is situated in the heart of Santa Fe and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and galleries. The property is cozy with both kiva and patio for summer or winter stays. The hostess was attentive to all of our needs. We loved our time there! Thank you.

Casa Perla- perfectly adorned casita

My husband and I booked Casa Perla for a weekend getaway! We have been to Santa Fe numerous times and this was our favorite place to stay! The location was perfect and a quick walk to both Canyon Road and the Plaza. Parking was right out front and incredibly convenient. Furnishings were comfortable and we got great use of the Kiva. Great location and property for two!

Perfect location for walking to The Plaza or Canyon Road. Loved the kitchen and private patio! Perfect space for 2. The shower and toilet backed up, but host was helpful in reaching resolution before the day was out. We hope to be back!

Fantastic Location

This is by far the most fabulous place to stay to see historic Santa Fe. 1.5 mile walk to plaza, canyon road and historic Cathedral Basilica of St Francis. So much to do and to see. This place was very well stocked with a very comfortable bed, soft linens and towels. Wonderful kitchen. We will return!

Casa Perla is Perfecto!

This was our first Aqui Santa Fe experience and what a delight it was to have Casa Perla as our home away from home during the 2024 Christmas holiday. Everything was perfect from the very convenient location, warm and beautiful interior furnishings....and the super comfy bed....to all of the amenities that were available for cooking, lounging on the patio with our dogs, and we even managed to do our laundry before returning home. Caroline is an amazing host and we have made a friend for life in her. The attention to detail was magnificent and we could not have been happier with our decision to take this vacation rental home for our holiday vacation. Salute`to Aqui Santa Fe!

Quaint casita walking distance to Plaza

This casita has all the modern amenities to make a stay in Santa Fe highly comfortable, yet has all the charm of a quaint and comfortable adobe casita. The proximity is close enough to walk to the Plaza, yet just far enough away to be peaceful. A thoughtful book of restaurants to enjoy, sights to see, maps, calendars of events and activities is on the premises which helped acquaint us with items of interest. I would highly recommend this property for a comfy stay in Santa Fe.

Casa Perla is my pride and joy. In 2009, it was a tiny garage and shed with a undernourished apartment tucked in between. Architectural drawings and a great contractor brought it to life for all of you to enjoy. The before and after photo are at the house. It was quite a transformation!
