Property was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the private outdoor space. The location on Canyon Rd is walking distance to art galleries, restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

A great central location on Canyon Road! !I found two Casitas to be very spacious. The front room with kitchen and table leading into a large bedroom withgreat art on the walls and an absolutely charming large patio area with seating for four. I would definitely stay here again!

Melissa, the layout you described, a full kitchen flowing into a generous bedroom and out to that patio, is exactly the kind of space that makes Canyon Road worth lingering on. The casitas are ready whenever you find your way back.

Fantasic little spot! Beautiful inside and out.

Loved the little fireplace and the amenities. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable and quaint. The location was perfect for walking up and down Canyon St. and even walking to the plaza. The courtyard is perfect.

This is a nice property in a good location (right on Canyon Road, Santa Fe). There are some problems that should have been dealt with before we arrived, especially with plumbing: the toilet backed up twice, requiring a lot of plunging by me plus a visit from a plumber (not at our expense, of course), and hot water for the shower was unreliable--it was rarely comfortable for more than a few minutes in the shower. These are problems that definitely should not exist in a property for which we paid on average 350/night (including all taxes and fees). The bathroom is very small, and there is no dishwasher, if this is a priority (it wasn't for us). The outside patio space is acceptable but is not equipped with comfortable and convenient furniture: the three-legged chairs are actually hazardous, and other furniture is very heavy and basically unmovable. We were in touch with the owners several times (such as with the plunging incident), and they were very responsive. We can't give it the highest rating simply because of these problems that we should not have encountered and that caused worry and inconvenience, especially considering the high price for the property.

This property is in an excellent location, about halfway up Canyon Road. Easy walking to anywhere in that area or downtown. The assigned parking spot is very convenient. The private courtyard in the back is shady and a great spot to hang out. The kitchen is well equipped with just about whatever you need. The bed is extremely comfortable and even though it’s located right on Canyon Road , it’s very quiet inside.We really enjoyed our stay here.
