Welcome to Let's Flamingle, located directly on Blue Cove just off of Rainbow River. Drop a kayak or paddleboard, fish, or relax from the back deck and patio. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail watching all the wildlife the river brings to the property, including otters! Cook smores over the fire pit near the water. Fun for the whole family!

Currently, we provide 2 tandem kayaks, 1 inflatable kayak, 3 paddleboards and a bunch of tubes.

Blue Cove is located right off a main road and is within walking distance to Swampy's Waterfront Restaurant. Just a quick less than 5 minute drive and you will find Just A Cupcake Bakery and Cafe, Go For Donuts, banks, grocery stores, shopping, and many other restaurants.

You will have complete access to the entire home and property, minus the owner's closet. The garage is for storage and no cars are allowed to be parked inside.

The home is an oasis and has been updated nicely with modern touches. There is wood-look tile throughout and no carpet to be found. Each bedroom is very spacious and includes a king-size bed with resort hotel linens. The living room seats the entire family and is the perfect place to unwind after a day on the water. The gourmet kitchen provides all the necessities if you decide to prepare a meal.

Almost everything you may need is within a 5-minute drive.

Dunnellon is a quaint town but has so much to offer. We provide a detailed welcome guide to maximize your stay as well as help you plan accordingly.

Things to do:

Rainbow River- kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, tubing, boating. Restaurants overlooking the water.

Crystal River- Swim with the manatees, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating.

Homosassa Springs- Monkey island which has 4-5 active monkeys. Many restaurants are on the water. Boating, kayaking, paddle boarding.

The World Equestrian Center is located 18 miles from the home and offers weekly events, dining and shopping. Family friendly.

Travel Insurance- Although not required, we highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to cancel for any reason. Whether the issue for needing to cancel is due to covid or any other illness or accident, bad weather, flight delays or cancellations any other reason you are unable to make the trip, travel insurance will be your refund opportunity. Please be sure to read our cancellation policy, which will not be modified or adjusted.

*Please be aware that this is Florida. If you don't want bugs, mosquitos, spiders, snakes, armadillos, lizards, iguanas, raccoons, palmetto bugs, deer and/or cockroaches in the house, please do not leave the door open. We do not give refunds for bug and/or animals found in or outside the property.
