Just 18 minutes from the airport and Old Town Scottsdale, the Double Eagle Villa has it all! For the active, try out the brand new pickleball court, play volleyball, horseshoes, cornhole, or maybe some basketball, on the court or in the pool! If a slower pace is your thing, perhaps relax in the hot tub while watching your favorite television shows. Afterward, relax around the fire pit and two outdoor fireplaces surrounded by cactus and swaying palms. The fun continues indoors with billiards, poker, table games, and maybe the bar? Wanna take an excursion? Great golf, shopping, hiking, dining, casinos, and nightlife all can be found within about 15 minutes of the centrally located home. The Double Eagle Villa truly has it all!

Perfect stay!

Everything about the property was clean, nice, and very accommodating! Host and staff were super friendly and helpful. They communicated very well and were reasonable to work with to make such a memorable weekend possible. Couldn’t say enough good things about the house/ammeities/property managers!

Awesome place!

This place was everything we wanted and more. Scott was so awesome to work with and the check in and out process was very smooth. We had the best time enjoying all their amenities and were able to spend lots of quality time with all the people we loved who attended our wedding! Highly recommend this place :)

Wedding weekend getaway

The house was great for the amount of people that stayed there. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. The backyard really steals the show. It has lots of activities for the whole family.

12 Golfers Loved the House

Our group had a great experience at this house. 12 adults, lots of room. The owner was great to work with. The house is in a great location for golf courses and easy access to the airport.

Great place for a group

Loved the house! A lot to do on the property. Our group grilled each night and enjoyed the outdoor entertainment. The bed was fantastic as well. Very comfortable. Scott is a great host!

Schweinsberg Family Reunion in Mesa

The layout of the property was excellent and was really nice for a family vacation. We didn't have to leave the premises because everything we needed was right there. The property manager (Scott) was right there to take care of any issues we had - and responded with professionalism, courtesy and thoughtfulness.

Great home, great fun

Scott was absolutely incredible! The house was perfect for my team and coaches during a weekend baseball tournament. Plenty of activities at the house, comfortable beds and fantastic location. I will be staying in any of Scott’s home for upcoming events we plan on the east valley!!

Great house especially with large groups. A lot of things to do and plenty of space for everyone. Hot tub, pool, pickle ball and putt putt were the faves. House was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great stay for our bachelor/bachelorette weekend!

My fiance and I held our combined bachelor/bachelorette weekend here and absolutely loved the place. The backyard was phenomenal for hanging out and playing games with all of our friends. Scott was extremely responsive during the stay, and even went above and beyond to repair one of the outdoor TVs during our stay. We also rented the sprinter van through Scott and found the process to be very smooth and seamless. Thanks for an incredible stay!!

Amazing Property

The property was even better than advertised in the photos. The house was a perfect fit for our group with a ton to do at the house with the pool, putting green, and available games throughout the backyard. The location was great where you could get to downtown, golf courses, etc in around 25 minutes. If you have a larger group that is looking for a great location and want to spend some time at the house, this is the place for you.

Great Property

We had a very nice stay at this property! The location is convenient and seemed to be about 10-20 minutes from anywhere we wanted to visit from Gilbert to Scottsdale. We had 5 families and the set up worked out well for us. The backyard is beautiful and had something for everyone. Scott was very helpful and always available if needed. We would stay again in the future!
