Beautiful Efficiency. Located just steps away from the World Famous Treasure Cay Beach. Newly built efficiency. Full size bed plus a sofabed. Chest of drawers. Full shower and bathroom. There is an induction stove, fridge, sink and a microwave. 4 place dining table. There is only one window and it faces the parking lot. There are chairs on the outside of the efficiency that may be used as a smoking area. Please, Absolutely No Smoking allowed inside the efficiency.

Host Benny was amazing and extremely responsive and engaging. Property was amazing and an excellent deal! Love this little efficiency and would stay again. Had everything you needed and more! Can’t wait to come back! Don’t miss out on this little gem in Treasure Cay!!

Easy to walk across the street to Cafe La Florence for meals. Easy access to marinas also. Great pool and plenty of beach lounge chairs.

This unit is a very attractive unit, in one of the nicest areas of Abaco. It appears to be very new construction and is comfortable with all necessary amenities and has very affordable price compared to other similar rentals.

I broke a rule and was immediately reprimanded for it

We arrived earlier than expected & thought there would be no harm in dropping off our luggage, checking out the villa in case we needed to contact the host, & grabbing our swimsuits to walk over to the Bahama Beach Club where our friends were staying. We were maybe in there 10 mins. I didn't know until the next day when I checked my email that the owner messaged asking that we "follow the rules" with a screenshot of the time we entered the villa. The rest of the time there I felt like I was being watched. Thankfully we spent the majority of our time at BBC and our friend's villa in the same complex so we were just using the villa as a place to sleep Unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable and sagged in the middle, which made for a less-than-ideal night’s sleep. Also, the water pressure in the shower was harsh, almost like needles hitting your skin, we only used it once and then used the one in our friends villa the other days.On the positive side, the villa was otherwise clean & modern looking. The community is in a great location, offers clean & convenient amenities, and the beach is beautiful with easy access and a short walk to the Bahama Beach Club. I would definitely stay in the community again, just another villa.Overall, I would give it a 3.5/5 but VRBO won't let me give half a star. If the owner would replace the bed, ideally with a queen, change the shower head, and be a little flexible with the rules, it would be a 5/5.

Bahamas wedding

My daughter got married in Treasure Cay on 1-2-25. I rented this condo for the photographer and her husband that we brought with us. It was in a very convenient location, walkable to the convenience store and restaurants there, and super close to the Bahama Beach Club where we were staying and having the wedding. The host was very kind and responded quickly to any questions I had, and was very understanding of the fact that I was not staying there even though I rented it. The couple who stayed there enjoyed it very much and were super happy with their stay!!!

“Perfect Beachside Getaway!”

This cozy studio rental is a gem! Just a short walk to the beach, it’s the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The space is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. Cute Studio

I love this studio! It’s cute, cozy and just perfect for a single or couple. The location is great with easy access to the beach and pool. The manager is very responsive and easy to work with. This is my second time staying here and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Perfect one-room next to a beautiful beach!

We were very impressed by this modern one-room villa. With access to a lovely pool area and one of the nicest beaches in the world, this is an amazing find! The bed was quite comfortable (contrary to another reviewer) and we found multiple places to eat in the area. On our last day we were already planning our trip to come back!

Tiny Space

If you appreciate a host who values rules, be aware of the $50 charge for forgetting to take out your trash and the restriction to set the air at 72. Why am I paying a $75 cleaning fee? The room radiates a prison-like atmosphere with only one window facing the parking lot—a regrettable choice for our small rental spot. Opting for a one-bedroom place is recommended, given that Treasure Cay has only one nighttime restaurant; otherwise, you might feel confined. The bed was uncomfortable, and even the pull-out couch on one of the nights didn't offer respite.

This studio was absolutely perfect for me! It was clean, comfortable and cozy, great location to beach and pool, good air conditioner, WIFi. Loved the beach decor! The host was great to work with and very responsive! I would look forward to staying here again.

Perfect place in Treasure

My husband and his fishing buddy stayed in this awesome studio apartment. Was very clean well supplied and the owner was very responsive and accommodating. Very well located in Treasure Cay the most beautiful beach on earth!
