Welcome to Phoenix 1091, a newly redecorated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf-front condo offering 1,300 square feet of stylish comfort and breathtaking views. Located in the Phoenix I building in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama, this retreat is ideal for families or groups of up to 8 guests, offering an unbeatable mix of relaxation, convenience, and resort-style amenities.

**PLEASE NOTICE- As a courtesy, we want to inform you of scheduled repairs to 3 areas located on the south side of the building. The focus will be on balcony slab edges. The contractor will mobilize on February 16, weather permitting, to start rigging equipment over the Stack #3 area.
No unit entry will be required. Work will be performed via a swing stage.
There will be periods of loud noise from cement chipping guns and grinders, as the contractor removes damaged concrete and completes the required repairs. The contractor expects this repair to be completed by Friday, February 20.
Please note that following the installation of the swing stage, there will be rigging draped down from the roof with safety lines and an electrical cable hanging on the south side of the building. We expect minimum viewing obstruction to the Gulf. Please be reminded that this type of repair is weather dependent.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with built-in appliances, granite countertops, and a complete set of cookware and utensils.
Dining Area: Table with seating for four, plus four additional seats at the breakfast bar.
Laundry: Stackable washer and dryer in hallway closet for guest use.
Balcony: Spacious and Gulf-facing with a dining set and lounger—perfect for outdoor meals or unwinding in the sea breeze.
Parking: Two (2) parking passes available to be purchased via link provided after booking and picked up at the front desk.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes max-to be purchased via link sent after booking-not included in reservation cost. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Great Layout and Location that needs a deep clean and some updates

Overall the needs of our two families were met and we enjoyed our stay. The listing is accurate. There are many reviews regarding the cleanliness of the property that I would agree with. The whole places needs a deep clean. The floors were especially bad. It would also be great if the kitchen amenities were updated slightly. Pans were all scratched and the knifes while plentiful were incredibly dull. The Kuerig coffee pot was filled with mold and while the property management company came and cleaned it during our stay; I wouldn't drink from it.

Nice area with lots to do. Floor was filthy. Looked like it had not been mopped for months in the kitchen. I was able to clean spots with Lysol wipes I brought from home. Rugs were very dirty. Had not been shook out and loose dirt was underneath.

Review of condo

The condo was great aside a few setbacks causing a lower rating. The condo did not have extra toilet paper. Lightbulbs were out without replacement lightbulbs anywhere to be found. Only 2 kitchen towels were available. We enjoyed our stay but the condo could use a few improvements. The late check in at 4 pm and no early check in allowed or a fee would be issued also caused some upset people in our group.

Great place Great beach

Great 3 bedroom 2 bath! Love how it is decorated, and the checkin process is very easy. Property is upkept for the most part. Need updates around the elevator and walkways. Very quiet and spacious. Living room has big furniture so it does get a little tight but furniture is comfortable. The master bed however, every move you make, every roll you take - the mattress gonna squeak.same with the queen bed. Bathrooms are a little small but the master shower is lovely and the shower is spacious. Great water pressure. Kitchen has plenty of dishes however a lot of them do not match which doesnt matter that much. Pot Coffee maker and a kcup so bring your coffee. Rental company is pretty quick to respond to request. Tv in living room was broke when we first got there and they replaced it the next day. We work remote and depe d on the wifi. It was pretty reliable. Only went down once or twice a day for 30 minutes. Make sure you wear house shoes because you are at the beach your bare feet will be black afterwalking around on the floor in the condo. Floor looks clean but needs to be moped. Last but not least the master besroom has a rotating fan in there, at first i wondered why. The first night i found out, it gets hot. But the fan helped. Well stocked with toiletries and towels. I would recommend this vondo and would book again.
