Phoenix East II is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. Enjoy the best views of the Pass and convenience of vacationing in a complex with so few condos!!



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix East II. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.



Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. There is a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, two Queen sized beds in the 3rd and a sleeper sofa Queen in the Living Room for sleeping up to 10. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Fantastic-beach view. Just passing along, there was a swimsuit hanging on the back of the door in one of the bathrooms and a razor left in the master bedroom shower. Didn’t affect our experience, just letting you know so it can be passed on to housekeeping.

The condo was perfect. Best location and they provided everything we needed. The only complaint we had was the address they provided took us to a gate and it should have been the next entrance. The two parking lots merged together. Once we discovered that, everything else was stress free.

Location is amazing!

We highly enjoyed our week! The location was perfect! It was close enough to everything we needed and wanted to do. The view of the ocean from the balcony is perfect! The condo was very clean and perfect for our family.

Great family vacation

The condo was clean and larger than expected, had plenty of space for our group of 6 adults and 1 year old granddaughter. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Easy access to the pool and beautiful beach. This was our first trip to Orange beach and definitely not our last!

Overall a very good stay

The property was well kept and the facilities were excellent. The only negative was the Wi-Fi. We struggled getting Wi-Fi connections in the living area which was later found to be due to the router having been located underneath one of the beds which confined adequate coverage to the bedroom and the kitchen counter area adjacent to the bedroom. I would suggest the owner either get a Wi-Fi extender for the living and a longer router cable to move the router out from under the bed. Otherwise no real complaints.

Very Disappointed

We had a toddler with us, the door latch was broken and she was able to open the door, we had to keep the door blocked just in case. Aged unit, felt like we were in a tenament building.We were 6 people and only 1 pot in the kitchen. To cook spaghetti, I had to first cook the sauce, transfer it to a bowl and then cook the pastal. I will never stay at a non owner listed condo again. We vacation in the area every year and this is the first time renting through a property management company. You definitely can tell the difference between the 2.

Stay away

Upon entrance to unit we were hit with a strong chemical and cigarette smoke smell. Floor had sand all over and cigarette ashes all over the balcony. Bathtub still had hair on the walls. Checked air filter to see if that is where the smell was coming from and found it completely clogged and dated 8/17/23. Emailed manager and they came to changed filter the next day, I already changed it. Was told it wasn’t changed due to previous tenants not allowing them in unit! Check out is at 10, check in is at 4:30. Plenty of time to inspect and clean unit especially with the price of cleaning fee. A couple days in roaches were coming out of the kitchen cabinets. Again emailed and the next day a pest control guy came out, but the roaches persisted everyday. Smoke alarm outside of master bedroom started chirping every 60 seconds. Went next door around 7:30 for assistance and was told they’re not allowed to enter unit and gave me two number that we’re not answered. Received a call the next day around 9. Would strongly advise against this unit as owners are not on site and are in if a major incident were to take place then you’re out of luck or in our case out of sleep. I know they’ll respond to this review, but I have pictures and videos of everything mentioned as well as emails to and from them of all the states above.

Reviewer Comments: ‱ Both bathrooms had linking toilets, around the bottom of the base.‱ When the washing machine is used, the water would link out under the out-side wall of the condo. (like the plumbing is backed up).‱ Shower and tub combo in master need replaced it old and the drain has built up down the piles.‱ Dinning room chairs front legs are broke and was unusable.‱ Baloney furniture was old and broken. ‱ The overall building needs cosmetic maintenance.‱ Pool side furniture is in bad condition and looks dirty.

One Fantastic Week at the Beach

Mid week there was construction in another unit that was quite loud, sawing,hammering,drilling, irrigating , they worked about 9-5.
