Windward Pointe # 101 copropriété est un must Louer !! Il propose le meilleur des vues spectaculaires du Golfe et des équipements de luxe. Cette unité vrai rafraßchissante Rez de chaussée est à quelques pas des plages blanches sucrées et la piscine extérieure de forme ovale. Aucune prendre les escaliers ou en attente sur les ascenseurs. Il est parfait pour accueillir la réunion de famille! Il offre trois chambres et deux salles de bains. Il y a un king size dans la chambre principale, dans la deuxiÚme chambre un lit queen tranquille et deux jumeaux dans la troisiÚme chambre. Chaque chambre et le salon / salle de séjour ouverte sur le patio clÎturé. Ce condo comprend est carrelé et est décoré professionnellement et entiÚrement meublées. Ce condo offre une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec 2 autre décideur de glace, laveuse et sécheuse, un systÚme stéréo à travers le condo, et TV / DVD dans chaque chambre.

Le grand balcon wrap-around carrelée supplémentaire prévoit le summum de la plage de visualisation, du lever au coucher du soleil. Il est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter de votre café du matin ou aprÚs-midi cocktail.

Vous pourrez profiter de la piscine intérieure chauffée, piscine extérieure, une pataugeoire pour les enfants, une salle d'exercice avec de nouveaux équipements, un bain à remous, un sauna, un court de tennis éclairé et un terrain de basket. Il y a 4 DVD'S & TV. La superficie est d'environ 1260 (+/-).

Orange Beach, en Alabama est un peu connu trĂ©sor qui va changer votre point de vue sur la plage de vacances. This is about the most perfect location as you can get when it comes to staying in a condo. There is a large patio that opens to the pool, only steps away from beach access. The unit itself is quite spacious, and was very clean. Our family of 6 plus my sister and her husband were comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you want to wake up, and step out to the pool/beach. Also, the owners had great communication the whole time and I never felt like I couldn't get a question answered. Lastly, it is close to many great locations, however you must drive for the most part. But this is also covered as the parking was very convenient. We never had an issue getting a parking spot no matter the time of day, or the day itself. We will be staying here again if we decide to go back to Orange Beach! Thank you hosts!!

Great Stay! Great Condo!

The condo was great! Opened out to pool. No climbing stairs! Very clean. Very nice patio! Probably our only complaint was that a large group of kids/teens got in the pool every night about 11:00 and were very loud. They only stayed about an hour, so it certainly didn’t hurt our trip! Overall
great stay! Certainly will be back!

Great Location

We could say enough about the location of the property. It’s smack dab in the middle of where you want to be. The first floor condo opens up to the property pool and just steps away from the beach. The condo itself is a little dated and could have been a little cleaner. Large Dust bunnies on the floor. The place as a whole needed painting and a new couch which was really dirty, especially the throw pillows. The beds in each room were amazingly comfortable. Great pillows and lots of towels. The closet door in the guest bedroom was cracked all the way across but was functional. There was everything you needed for the kitchen but no thrills. Very basic. Parking was a breeze and better than other condos we stayed at down here but you get charged 50 which we were not aware of. Communication with office was good. Overall it’s not bad for the price compared to other condos in the area.

This is our second year coming to stay here and it didnt disappoint. The feedback i shared last year was addressed this time. The condo is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The location is great and the unit is family friendly.

Great Getaway!

Property was really nice and the owners were very involved with getting us the information we needed to make it a smooth stay. We didn't have any issues with the rental at all. I would definitely book this condo again and would recommend others to do so as well.

The best vacay!!!

Perfect spot!!!! Parking is great we was literally right at our door! Garbage is also right outside our door! Our condo was beautiful!! Very well kept! The beds were super comfortable! The indoor pool a sauna was nice especially since it was just my husband an our daughter!! The patio was our favorite spot!! With the pool right there. We will definitely be back!!! Before we left I had washed all the towels we used an had them in the dryer a the master bedroom linens. Our daughter had put her stuff in a room but she actually slept on the couch.. I made sure everything was clean for a new guest!!

Great Room

Great room with little ones! 1st floor was perfect for bringing things in and loading at the end of the trip. Right in the middle of the stretch with fantastic restaurants. Our boys loved the indoor pool to get the out of the heat of the day but still enjoy swim time. We will be staying again later this year. 3 mins from Walmart, which is always a plus.

Comfortable Condo

The condo was in a great location and you can’t beat the first floor and pool/beach access. Upon arrival we walked in to a well kept condo. We only had one minor issue and the property manager was a phone call away and addressed my concern quickly. The complex was quiet and well maintained. Would definitely rent this property again.

Amazing location!!

We loved how this condo was located on ground floor with a nicely furnished patio that was right bedside the outdoor pool area. The condo has plenty of room for a family with children. We will definitely be back to stay here again

Windward- quiet & lovely

It was lovely. Beautiful views & functional. This condo provided necessities- was well furnished & clean- beds comfortable. Not much decor or extras like throws- games or nick knack ric rack. If you like clean streamline this is a great condo. No fluff. But a great unit for sure!!

Quick Family Vacation

We had a great time and really enjoyed the place! The condo’s first floor location is perfection! We loved being able to unload/load easily and the amazing access to the pool. Our only complaint is there is no phone service, and the WiFi doesn’t work, which created and issue where the TV wouldn’t stream without buffering- Not ideal for our football watching husbands, but everything else was wonderful!

WWP 105

WWP 105 is a great location. Private entrace to pool with a view of the pcean. Cant ask for more. Condo is clean and cozy. Hosts respond quickly and are very welcoming. Kitchen has all the basics you need. Extra bedding and plenty of towels. Definitely keeping this one on the return list.

Great location

1st floor was a great location. The downside is Wi-Fi doesn’t work well and it’s hard to get cell service. The place was very clean. Needs a little home improvement for items around the unit. But the location was great! Beds were very comfy. The kitchen was very well stocked with supplies for cooking. I would stay there again.

Ground floor!! Great for Grandbabies!!

We love the location because, with kids, the ground floor was perfect for small kids. The only thing I was disappointed about was that it could have been a little cleaner didn't have a broom, and we couldn't get the remote to work; closet doors came off track but called, and they bought another one right over, but it was the same did bring us a broom.? May have something by the TV to say how to work ? I will stay again at this location, maybe in one of the other condos if they have one with 3 bathrooms. But overall it was a really good week at the beach with my grandbabies

Perfect Vacation Spot!

Everything was great about this condo unit! Starting with the layout and cleanliness of the condo to the location in proximity to the pool and beach, and the location in proximity to the restaurants and attractions. The first floor condo with a private balcony that opens to the pool makes it perfect for any family. It made it exceptionally convenient for us with a toddler who needed several naps during the day and young kids that still wanted to be in the pool while their sister napped. The communication with the property managers made everything go as seamless as it could. Thank you for allowing our family to make condo 105 our “home” for a week and having the best time!

Excellent location

Excellent location. First floor. Just walk right your door to the pool and then keep walking and you’re on the beach. Unit had everything we needed. Cleaning staff did a great job but the unit was not ready on our arrival so we had to wait an hour by the pool. Property manager called me and apologized. Tried to call him back because he forgot to give me the gate code to get out of the pool area but he blocked my number. Thank goodness someone at the pool was gracious enough to let me out. Other than that we had a great time. Would love to rent again sometime.

Very Dirty

This could be a good place to stay if they had a good cleaning crew. The unit was very nasty with used bar soap left in both showers and a bunch of left over hair from someone shaving! Dirty dishes in the cabinets that we continued to discover every time we needed something. The place had not been swept and the refrigerator was nasty. We spent the first couple hours cleaning! They did send a cleaning lady back but we had already cleaned most of it. The management company didn’t seem to even care that much and didn’t even offer to refund our cleaning fee or pay us for having to clean. It’s a high price to pay for a unit that needs a major cleaning!!! The security is a joke as well! People just use the parking lot to day park and use the beach access. According to security the system they use to track the plate readers doesn’t work that great and can be incorrect.

location was great

Location was exactly what it was said to be - very happy with proximity to the beach. Coffee maker had grounds in it when we got there, sliding glass door was unlocked and opened by kids upon our arrival, closet in kitchen (pantry sort of) had so many crumbs and dirt in the bottom of it we just put our food in the kitchen on the countertop. It was just not really clean, but once we got in there we weren't going to call for that. So, it did not bother us too much - we just wiped things down again. But really, we chose the place for the location and the location could not be beat! Very loud around the pools, but kids were so tired they slept right through it - adults had trouble some, but we knew that when we booked it. Beds were fine, parking was fine.
