Free Beach Chair/Umbrella Service (March 1-October 31) Exterior Construction Improvements around the resort will be on-going through March 2026. This beautiful, completely remodeled Gulf front condo is truly a coastal oasis! King Master Bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico! The kitchen has been completely updated with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. It has an open floor plan and a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches located here on the Emerald Coast. The queen sleeper sofa makes into a bed which allows this condo to sleep 4 comfortably. The resort offers a fitness center, hot tubs, three resort pools, poolside bar and grill and a grilling area for you to enjoy! Condo 4-1202 is located in Tower 4 on the 12th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25.

LOVED the condo!

We were notified when the unit was ready but in the meantime was offered the use of the lounge chairs and umbrellas that is included with the rental that are already placed on the beach! The condo is nicely decorated (in my colors) and makes the colors outside being the sand or water more vibrate. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed is comfortable and the washer/dryer came in handy. The view speaks for itself..........from the sunrises to the moonsets the glow was beautiful. Having our morning coffee on the balcony was special. There was pool next to our Tower that has plenty of seating. I believe there were others and one larger one but the one near us was fine. Truly was a great fine and Farah was spectacular!!!

Wonderful Condo

We celebrated our anniversary in this beautiful condo! We loved watching the dolphins and pelicans from the balcony every morning and evening! The views were breathtaking! Condo was the perfect size for us and was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in! The complimentary beach chairs were a plus as well! Long Beach Resort is one of our favorites as it's not too crowded and it's close to our favorite restaurants. Check in and check out were a breeze as well! Overall we had a wonderful stay and hope to return!

Amazing

It was a nice quite stay. It was perfect for my family of 4. Our kids slept on the pull out. Everything was so clean and amazing. We did need a few things from Walmart and we where able to walk there. It is a great location we could walk to everything my kids favorite part was walking to get ice cream. We can't wait to come back.

Great place to stay

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay here. First of all, it was clean and had everything you would need. Beautiful view of the ocean from living room and bedroom. Elevators were fast even though there’s only two for the whole building. The negatives were the water pressure in the shower. It barely has any! Also, I noticed two bolts missing from the balcony rails. Hopefully that gets fixed quick. The water dispenser on the fridge isn’t hooked up to water. Also the mattress toper is super loud. Sounds like crumbling paper anytime you move. So be ready to hear it all night.

Amazing Vacay

Beautiful views and condo!

The condo was perfect for our week stay in Panama City Beach. It was beautifully decorated, clean and stocked with everything you would need for your stay. The views of the gulf from the condo in the living room and bedroom areas were absolutely stunning and drinking coffee every morning on the spacious balcony was so relaxing. Farah was very responsive with any questions we had. I would recommend Kelly and Farah's condo at Long Beach Resort to anyone looking to relax and get away.

Beautiful living space

Nice comfortable furniture. Loved the lounge. Attractive remodeled bathroom. Hotel brand towels 😁. Well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed the 65 in. mounted TV in the living area. Washer and dryer work well. Missed having a kitchen table. Great view and great stay.

Our little paradise

The unit was just perfect. Great quality of glasses dishes and silverware. Not a lot of stuff in the unit but that is what makes it so pretty and clean. I would like to suggest a bed topper on top of the mattress because the loud sound the mattress made kept me not sleeping soundly but all in all I would stay again.

Nice getaway

The condo was very nice and clean. It's directly on the beach with the perfect balcony view. It's located within a 2 to 3 minute drive to walmart and other shops and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay and would stay at the condo again.

Only problem I have is having plastic on the bed mattress. The only place I ever experienced that was in a hole in the wall, Motel and Costa Rica.

This property/ condo was gorgeous. It is a gated resort which helped me feel safe since I traveled alone. It is in a very convenient location with multiple stores within 10 minutes of the resort. The beach was clean and not too crowded. There were two chairs and an umbrella in the condo that could be used during my stay. I would definitely book this property again.

Girls trip

My best friend & I decided to take a girls trip to Panama City Beach. This was my first time ever going to Florida.This condo was absolutely PERFECT! Beautiful, clean, great location right on the water with an absolute gorgeous view. The staff were all friendly and very quick & helpful when I needed assistance. I would highly recommend staying here. We can't wait to come back.
