Spend sunny afternoons lounging by the large heated pool, unwind in the hot tub under the stars, or gather around the fire pit with a drink after a day exploring Palm Springs. With multiple seating areas, daybeds, and dining spaces, the backyard is designed for both relaxation and entertaining.



Inside, the home has a relaxed, lived-in Palm Springs feel with a spacious layout that makes it easy for groups to spread out and enjoy time together. Oversized glass sliders connect the main living area directly to the patio, creating a true indoor-outdoor experience. Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire house, property, and all amenities, including the pool, hot tub, and garage. A private entrance with a smart lock allows for seamless self check-in. Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles, with one dedicated space in the garage and additional parking in the private driveway.

Property is located approx. 10 minute drive from the Palm Springs Airport.

*** CITY REQUIREMENTS: ***

In compliance with City of Palm Springs regulations, the primary renter must provide a copy of a government-issued ID, submit the license plate numbers for all vehicles parked at the property, and sign a required rental agreement prior to check-in; all adult occupants must also confirm that they have read the City’s Good Neighbor Brochure.



*** Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.



*** CANCELLATION POLICY:** Please be advised that a 5% service charge applies to all refunds to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees. Refer to the platform's cancellation policy for specific refund amounts and timelines.

* 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

* 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.

* No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in."



*** OPTIONAL POOL / SPA HEATING: ***

Optional pool heating is available for a fee of $99 per night and must be reserved for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice before your arrival to ensure the pool is heated for your stay.



*** ADDITIONAL CLEANING REQUIREMENTS: *** To maintain the exceptional condition of the home, reservations of 45 consecutive nights or longer require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning at $150.00 per service (linen laundering not included), in addition to the departure cleaning fee. If a mid-term reservation is extended and becomes subject to this requirement, the applicable cleaning fee(s) will be added accordingly and reflected on the guest's final post-checkout invoice.
