Prime Central 1brm in North End Boston

Come and enjoy our apartment in the heart of downtown Boston in the North End. Fall in love with the mix of old world Italy and downtown Boston in a recently renovated apartment that is a short walk to TD Garden, Faneuil Hall, and the rest of Boston.

Our ~500sqft one bedroom unit is located on the top (5th) floor of a professionally managed walk up building (somewhat steep/narrow staircase as is typical for the area). It is well laid out to maximize space and is perfect for couples and travelers who need an extra sleep space on our fold out sleeper sofa.

There is a full open kitchen with new appliances such as a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and cooking utensils, pots, and pans for you to cook with.

The bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, and full closet with hangers for you to use.

Brand newly renovated bathroom includes a stand up shower.

We provide all linens, towels, and basic toiletries for your stay.

There is no laundry in the building, however there is a laundromat right next door to this building.

Great place. 5th only one bed as a heads up. The 2nd bed is a coach that turns into. Wonderful location. Maybe best neighborhood in the United States.

Great Location for a Boston Stay

Great location near the Old North Church and the Freedom Trail. Only a couple of blocks from the harbor. The host is very responsive and accommodating.

Very Excellent Stay

The property was a 1:1 match with what was advertised. The apartment was very cozy, clean, and in a fantastic location; near plenty of restaurants and attractions in the North End and Long Wharf area. I’d recommend this property to anybody coming to the area.

It was in the perfect location! Very Boston authentic in the 5 story walk up building! Cute design. Owner was great at communicating with us. The only thing to note is the pull out couch/futon only really fits a child comfortably. We loved our stay in Boston!

Great location

Loved how easy it was to get to the T and being close to great cannolis. Plenty of space for our family of 3 and kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Quiet at night.Rated as 4 stars overall for some minor inconveniences . Sparsely stocked with supplies. No cleaning supplies, had to buy dish soap and TP when we ran out. Pillows smelled bad and were very flat so had to buy some at Target. Door to the street was often unlocked as it was hard to close it securely.

Cute, Central Location

Comfortably accommodated 3 women for a short weekend trip. Good for what we needed, which was just enough space to sprawl out after exploring the city at the end of the day. We are close enough with each other that we don't need much space, but this may be tight for others. The couch is a pull out, and there is also an air mattress for extra sleep-space. My one qualm with this listing is that there is no full-length mirror! The only mirror in the unit is over the sink which was a little frustrating for us, but we made it work! I suggest to the host to add a cheap $20 full-length mirror somewhere in the unit so it's easier to get ready. Then it would be perfect. Overall would recommend!

A North End Gem

We loved our stay, great location, updated and super clean, honestly even nicer and person! We visit Boston frequently and it was so nice to stay in my old neighborhood. There’s nothing quite like the North End and we look forward to staying here again!

This is the perfect little place to rest after a long day of exploring. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. The 4 flights of stairs are no fun, but we would definitely stay here again if we came back to Boston.

This was really nice

Stayed for a whole week. The partment was well furnished. It felt like I had lived in this apartment for years. The only warning I will give is it is up five flights of stairs. For the first few days it was fine, but after a while it took it's toll. Would definitely stay here again

Awesome location!

Great spot in the heart of the North End! I wasn’t prepared for the five story walk up, and my legs were truly feeling it at the need of the trip! Quiet, clean and walked to and from the Garden with ease for the concert. Would definitely stay again.

Easy access to everything

Great location. We were able to take the metro from the airport and then walk. You won't need a car. This is a wonderful neighborhood. You can easily walk to lots of restaurants, bakeries and historical sites. The people are friendly and it felt safe at all times of the day and evening. Keep in mind that the apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator.

Excellent location and clean

This place is excellent if you were visiting Boston. Great location to get to anything that you need to get to within the city quickly. I would caution you about the size of the unit. It is very small. But the three of us were able to manage for the time we were there.

There are 5 flights of stairs to get to the condo. So that was a huge disappointment. No elevator.

We booked a 4 night stay and only had 2 bath towels for 2 people. It took 2 days to get additional towels. It should be noted you have 5 flights of stairs and is a noisy location.

Lovely spot and awesome location

We had a great stay here. Wish we would’ve had some toiletries and basic coffee and tea. Communication with the property manager was fantastic and he was very responsive and helpful.
