Modern North End Studio

Centrally located 4th floor studio apartment in the heart of downtown Boston in the North End. Fall in love with the mix of old world Italy and downtown Boston in a recently renovated apartment that is a short walk to TD Garden, Faneuil Hall, the harbor and aquarium, and the rest of Boston.

Our ~450sqft studio unit is located on the 4th floor of a professionally managed walk up building (somewhat steep/narrow staircase as is typical for the area). It is well laid out to maximize space and is perfect for couples and travelers.

There is a full open kitchen with new appliances such as a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and cooking utensils, pots, and pans for you to cook with.

The bed is queen size along with a dresser and full closet with hangers for you to use.

Brand newly renovated bathroom includes a stand up shower.

We provide all linens, towels, and basic toiletries for your stay.

There is no laundry in the building, however there is a laundromat right next door to this building.

4th floor walkup - no elevator.

Perfect location for exploring the area on foot. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing we would have liked to see were some towel hooks to hang bath towels. Otherwise space and location is great. We would stay here again!

Great location with lots of charm

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this quaint, clean and ideally located apartment. There was plenty of room and all amenities were provided. We highly recommend!

Awesome location

We loved our stay at this beautiful apt in the north end Super clean, updated and in such a great location to go anywhere in this historic area. Great food and drinks are everywhere, a nice laundromat 50 ft from the door. Nice, well-appointed kitchen, if you want to eat in and really comfortable bed. The owner was super easy reach to and helpful with all questions Just remember its on the 4th floor and no elevator, so if you have a problem with stairs, this may not be the apartment for you.

Double booking frustrations

On arrival we entered the property with instructed codes. Once we got to the apartment door and entered the code to enter the property it was very obvious that someone else was in there. People’s belongs on the table and could hear voices in the bedroom. Stepped out and called the host who preceded to explain it was double book and because we were the second to arrive would now be displaced for the night. He was able to put us in another place but was unable to find us somewhere to stay for remained of our stay now putting us in not only a more expensive situation but messing up our trip plans. The host only refunded the second night with minimal compensation ($35) on extra fees from their business mistake. This place also advertised air conditioning, there were two window units that were not capable of keeping the apartment cool. All in all it was a VERY frustrating situation and could have been handled better.
