Exquisite North End 1brm

Exquisite and sunny 2nd floor 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of downtown Boston in the North End. Fall in love with the mix of old world Italy and downtown Boston in a recently renovated apartment that is a short walk to TD Garden, Faneuil Hall, the harbor and aquarium, and the rest of Boston.

Our ~500sqft one bedroom unit is located on the 2nd floor of a professionally managed walk up building (somewhat steep/narrow staircase as is typical for the area). It is well laid out to maximize space and is perfect for couples and travelers who need an extra sleep space on our fold out sleeper sofa.

There is a full open kitchen with new appliances such as a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and cooking utensils, pots, and pans for you to cook with.

The bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, and full closet with hangers for you to use.

We provide all linens, towels, and basic toiletries for your stay.

There is no laundry in the building, however there is a laundromat right next door to this building.

While far from exquisite, this unit was entirely adequate. It’s in a very old building and is partially renovated-a work in progress. What was great was the location. You can walk everywhere from here-great access to restaurants and public transportation. After a smooth check in process there was a glitch in the VRBO communication system that made access to the property manager difficult, but with persistence our issue was eventually resolved.

I’m reviewing our stay as average, the location is excellent many restaurants nearby and plenty of historical sights within walking distance. The owner of the rental seems to be doing a good job of upgrading but the bathroom needs improvements. The bath tub coating is peeling off, the lower tiles are past their prime and the towels are in short supply. The AC is one of those portable units, serves the purpose but noisy and inefficient in cooling the entire unit.

Clean with excellent amenities, perfect location!

The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable, and the check in and check out process was so simple. Jay was available for any questions we had, even prior to arrival! The neighborhood was lovely and the apartment was conveniently located near stores, restaurants, and the T station. Will definitely stay here again!

The location was amazing and the place made us feel right at home in the North end. Was able to walk to most places or connect with a subway line. Super accommodating and way better experience than a hotel.

Great location, little gem

Very nice reno of a vintage North End building. Little Italy location means a very safe neighborhood along with a fantastic number of restaurants and pastry shops just steps away. Also walkable to just about every local attraction including Freedom Trail and Boston Harbor.

It was a beautiful apartment in a great location. We were able to walk where we wanted to go most of the time, or take a reasonably-priced Lyft. The tiny stairs were a bit challenging, but expected for the area.

Perfect location

The location was perfect even if the weather wasn't ( we got to town at the same time a nor'easter blew in)! It is a v. small place perfect for just somewhere to sleep between outings ( so much to see!!). My son said the futon was super comfortable. We would not hesitate to book here again.

Amazing location!

I took my son to Boston for his 13th birthday. This clean & tidy apartment was perfect for the two of us. We were able to walk to all tourists spots. Wonderful restaurants & parks nearby. We felt very safe & comfortable. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time !

The location was perfect. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. The apartment is in the heart of the north right in the middle of amazing restaurants, delies and bakeries. Jay responded promptly to answer any questions. I would stay here again !
