Beautiful home with spectacular lake and mountain views!

Charming lakefront home with 3 bedrooms and spectacular 180-degree views from the living room and large private deck and dock. The house sleeps 6 and is in a quiet and safe walkable neighborhood. House is located near a Walmart and Safeway, which is less than a 15 minute drive away.

There is 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed, 1 full size bed and 2 single beds.

The kitchen has an electric stove/oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cooking utensils you’ll need (plates, silverware, pots, pans, dishes, glassware, etc.).

Our vacation rental is protected by e-locks. In other words, NO KEYS - NO HASSLE! Prior to your stay we simply email you a unique code that works for your reservation only. Late check-in is not a problem!

The private backyard is an ideal place to share a bottle of wine or have your morning coffee. Please note, this is a place for private get togethers. It is NOT a party house.

Washer and dryer also provided.

FREE WIFI is available with strong connection. You can easily work from the house.

1 single-person kayak, 1 two-person kayak, and 1 stand-up paddle board is provided with life vests for our guests.

Clear Lake has World Class fishing for Largemouth Bass; Crappie; Bluegill; Also, Sunﬁsh, Channel, Blue and Yellow Catﬁsh. There are 20+ fishing tournaments held each year.
If you feel like a day or afternoon away, discover California’s hidden Wine Country. Lake County has deep roots in wine grape growing with the first vines planted in the 1870’s. Today there are over 8,400 acres of vineyards. Wines from Lake County have recently been featured in Wine Spectator, Decanter and Food and Wine magazines. Take a tour of local wineries without the crowds of Napa and Sonoma before the rest of the world discovers this growing wine region.

Currently there is no boat access via the dock.

A perfect weekend getaway…

Beautiful lake house (just like the pictures) quiet, relaxing, and peaceful. The family enjoyed & loved the scenic views. About a 20min drive to local grocery stores. Not much to do in Clearlake but perfect for a weekend getaway with the family/friends. We did not have any issues during our stay. Hosts were attentive. We would definitely book again-

Beautiful View of Lake!

Overall, a good property, on the water, with a wonderful "great room" for family to gather. Nice porch area, too. The owner was easy to work with and super nice. Our only "cons" would be overall cleanliness, and we couldn't access the dock for our boat like we thought we could. But watching the sunset from the nice porch made for great evenings together.

Good 3 nights stay but the property is suffering from neglect.

We liked the house and the view but had many disappointments.- Coffee maker is listed but broken and with the dirty water filter and missing parts. Asked host, but got zero attempts to fix it. Request was practically ignored.- Listed 2 kayaks (1 and 2 seat hard shell), only one (1 seat-on-top) found. Dirty and semi-broken. Hard and unsafe to use.- Fridge is barely working. Food and drinks were staying at room temp unnoticed, some got spoiled. Changing settings didn't help.- Fireplaces listed but neither actually usable. - The propane fire pit had empty tank despite promised full in the mail. That tank also does not fit the pit base properly (it's hanging on the short hose at an angle) making it unsafe to use or to replace (as suggested). - Dock for entering water and launching kayaks is highly advertised, but disabled. No safe swimming or launching from the property as promised is possible. Water ladder from concrete is dangerously unstable hazard.- The patio is in bad condition. Explained "pending renovation". But at least they could have all exposed nail heads hammered down for the feet safety.- Large heavy umbrella on the patio is a broken killer as it falls from a minor wind if open and left unattended.- Found bits and pieces from prior guests under the beds. Shallow cleaning?- Spiders on the inside of dirty top windows.We have indeed survived and had some fun (we saw much worse houses). But let's be honest: it's well below expectations per their Vrbo ad.

Great house in a a perfect location

The property was great, and exactly how the host described. The check-in process was easy, and the hosts were incredibly responsive. If we were to ever go back to Clearlake, we would definitely stay there again.
