Welcome to this cheerful and clean 3 br home. This home features a wall of windows that adds beautiful light throughout. It is children and dog friendly with a fenced yard on a quiet street. Take a walk around Capitol Beach Lake (across the street) and you might see a variety of wild life.

5 minute drive to downtown for dining and fun including Hay Market, Railyard, Pinnacle Bank Arena, Memorial Stadium, The Lied center & more! You're within 2 miles of I-80 and close to the airport and UNL.
The space is simple and bright with a white kitchen, granite counter tops, large tv, patio with fenced back yard.

This was the PERFECT place for our family to stay. Toys and a play castle for my toddler, clean and warm for my infant, and plenty of space with a great kitchen for us. Being walking distance from the lake and close to everything we needed in Lincoln made it even more fun! The host was also super accommodating and kind for our slightly chaotic family. We loved our stay and will absolutely be back.

Some maintenance needs in the home. Not as clean as one might hope for (spider webs, ants, several areas needing wiped down or freshened up, outside back yard area not maintained with growing weeds). Beds were comfortable and rooms were stocked with toilet paper and cleaning supplies. Comfortable size overall.

This property is excellent!! It is exactly as described in the listing and pictures and is very well-maintained in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Communication with Sarah was wonderful and very helpful. We stayed at this property for two weeks with our dogs and have nothing but great things to say about the property. Great location!

We had a nice time staying here. The beds were super comfortable and after a long day of travel-just what the doctor ordered. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Location is perfect. It’s close to everything and there’s a nice lake right across the street. I would recommend staying here and we will again!

My friends and I enjoyed staying in this tidy bungalow while visiting the quilt museum. The host was friendly and available, providing a great selection of snacks and a bag of coffee.

Super Convenient- Quiet Neighborhood

Easy check in/check out process- communicative And detail oriented property manager- really comfortable living room furniture and beds- Mega sized TV was a big hit for movie night and/or games!

Great little property

Perfect little house in a quiet neighborhood that met all of our needs. The home's host is great at communication and addressing any questions. Would recommend anyone visiting the Lincoln area to check out this property or any property hosted by the owners.

Love this place!

Checkin was quick and easy thanks to the owner (vrbo app was doing some weird password loop and I couldn't get access there so stoked she was able to quickly help). Love the vintage house with modern upgrades. Super quiet too, so much that I didn't hear a 3" rain overnight!
