Unwind in Lincoln at this lovely cottage. This cozy retreat features 2 bedrooms with a king and queen bed, perfect for a small group of guests. Large, fully fenced, in yard. Furry friends welcome. Relax in the comfortable living space or take a stroll in the nearby area. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our cottage.

Please note: 4% TOT "transient occupancy tax" is required to be collected by the city of Lincoln, after booking of gross total. The fenced yard was perfect for our two dogs. The house was clean and had everything we needed and then some. They took the time to make sure the little things were available such as extra toothbrushes, Motrin, a first aide kit, dog bowls, and dog snacks. The owners were very responsive and the check-in and check out was very easy. Will definitely stay again.

You always feel welcome at this cottage. it is in a great location, well-stocked, perfect yard for dogs and dogs are certainly pampered by the host. We love staying here with our two pups.
Love the fenced back yard and a great grill, etc.

Great place to stay. We went to Nebraska game and it was only a couple miles from campus. The house had everything we needed and our two little dogs loved the backyard.True to its name it was a Cozy Cottage and felt at home. It was very clean and even though we didn't cook, the kitchen was nice to have and well stocked with anything you would need.

We had a great time visiting our daughters. Very convenient to downtown and UNL. We appreciated the ability to bring our dogs and they loved the fenced in back yard. The driveway is situated right before/after the crest of a hill, so be careful. Thanks for a great place to stay.

The Cozy Cottage lived up to it's name.Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful fenced in backyard. Chewy our 5 year old labradoodle enjoyed the most. Plus there were doggy treats for him. WIN WIN!!The host was very prompt in getting back to us with any questions.

Quick Weekend Trip

The house was in very good shape. It was just right for the 4 of us. We were there just a couple of days and did not take advantage of the kitchen facilities but every thing was clean and the house was worked out very well for us. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The property was extremely clean. Very inviting and welcoming. Was great for our pets, fenced in backyard and the little welcome basket with treats for the dogs was a nice touch. Our only small issue was the living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable. Another more “comfy” chair would have been nice. Accessibility to the property was great. Communication was top notch. Definitely give the property a 10 and would visit again.

Quick college visit trip

My daughter, granddaughter and I visited Nebraska to attend the flag football game against Midland and the huskers. My granddaughter will be attending Midland on a scholarship. We enjoyed the cozy cottage! We will definitely stay here again! Hopefully the back yard will be in better shape and the furniture out back will be clean so we can enjoy the back yard.
