Welcome to #itlldoacres. Why the name “It’ll Do”? We hope your stay is far better than something else that “will just do.” Nestled in the country but close to the action for sports, weddings, family reunions, vacations, and more. 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment all to yourself.

-15 minutes from Lincoln’s basketball gyms, shopping and Husker football.
-15 minutes from Doane College and Crete.
-Close to several great wedding venues in Roca and Hickman.
-5 minutes away from Blue Stem lake.

Very cute little place with a country feel. This rental is conveniently located very close to Roca Berry farm. We stayed with family for my niece's wedding and it was so much better than a hotel. We definitely recommend this property if you're in the area!

We enjoyed our stay at this peaceful apartment! The host was very helpful and responsive, and we really enjoyed the eggs from the on-site chickens -- that's an amenity you don't see every day!

We really enjoyed our stay in Martell! The property is located in the hosts’ backyard, but that never felt like an issue and we still felt very comfortable during our stay. Rhiannon was incredibly personable, welcoming, and enjoyable to talk with. Their chickens and cats were also very friendly, which was a huge hit with our kids. We have hens at home, so they especially loved being able to interact with the chickens while we were there. It was a pleasant, family-friendly stay, and we really appreciated the hospitality.

We enjoyed our stay in Martell. The place was very clean and welcoming and was a perfect place for us as we attended a wedding at the Roca Berry Farms. Rhiannon was very responsive to our questions and even had farm fresh eggs waiting for us for breakfast! We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

We had a great time! The rental was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. The kids loved having the chickens, the cats and kittens to see! The cats were so sweet and fun to play with! The property had great amenities and the host was responsive and helpful. Especially when we had a last minute date change! It was also very spacious. We would recommend this spot!

The location was close enough to Lincoln to be convenient, but far enough for us to have a peaceful getaway. Rhiannon was prompt in communicating. The property is very welcoming!

It'll Do Acres is not only a terrific place for a family or friends to stay, it is an easy quick drive to Lincoln! Rhiannon has made sure you have all you need at her place and there is lots of space for 6 adults! We were in Lincoln for a wedding that was on a home football Saturday (I know what were they thinking LOL) and I found It'll Do Acres. There is character and meaning to the space and the beds were very comfortable! Even on a hot Nebraska day, the rooms were cool and you could adjust the temperature for each room. We were able to quickly be in Lincoln to meet friends for breakfast and it's close enough to pop back to relax for a few hours in the afternoon before going out again. Rhiannon and family - thanks so much for sharing your home and yard with us!

This was a perfect place to stay for a family wedding at a venue in Hickman. It had plenty of space for our family of four. The communication with the owner was seamless, and I appreciated the well laid out check in/check out instructions. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Would stay again should we find ourselves attending another family gathering!

It is only 20 minutes from downtown Lincoln and we were able to enjoy the country and beautiful sunsets The condo was very clean and well stocked with staples —plus including coffee and creamer. Something needed attention and it was fixed within a couple of hours. We would surely stay here again.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for the weekend when coming to town for a Huskers game. We have 4 girls ages 5-15 and all of them loved the place and the kittens and the chickens. Very nice area with a far away feel but still a short enough drive to Lincoln. My only recommendation would be to add a full length mirror. All of us girls were looking around for one! Other than that zero complaints and if we ever come to another Husker game we’d love to stay again!

The living space was exceptionally clean, cozy, and comfortable—exactly what you hope for when traveling. One of the sweetest touches was finding fresh eggs waiting for us in the fridge—such a thoughtful and memorable detail that really set this place apart.And then there were the sweet cats and chickens just right outside making the feel of farm life with love and care—absolute highlights of the stay! Their gentle presence and welcoming sounds added so much charm and comfort. It truly felt like they were part of the experience, making sure we felt right at home.The hosts were outstanding—kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. They created an environment where we felt safe, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout our entire visit.Outside, the property is just as lovely. The lawn is beautifully maintained, and the firepit area is perfect for unwinding in the evenings.
