The home and neighborhood was beautiful and was perfectly located to Fontana beach which there was unlimited access to. Such a great trip, I hope to return next year!

A Much Needed Break

What a beautiful home. So much space to spread out but to be close to family at the same time. The lot and neighborhood are awesome. Super for walks and exploring. Close to everything. 4th of July was busy, as expected, but lots of options on activities. No need to go out as cooking in was our favorite. Had never been to Fontana/Lake Geneva before. Highly recommended.

Excellent Property

Recently upgraded, and in immaculate shape. In a great neighborhood near the beach and restaurants, and shopping/grocery/etc... The property owners are great people and I would stay here again! Highly recommend!!

Adam grew up in Fontana and it captured his heart. We have witnessed the growth of the west end of Lake Geneva for the last 15 years and have always dreamed to own a part of this relaxing but exclusive lake living.

This is our dream house that we are excited to share with others so they too can experience the luxury retreat of The HYDEOUT. Escaping the city life for Country Club Estates, breathing the country air and lake living soothes the soul.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

There are many beautiful properties in Fontana but this one is unique in that the house captures some historic character of the original front door, leading to the sunroom and it maintains the original sunroom sliding windows but everything has been updated with the highest end touches that gives it a glamorous feel, especially with the custom made gas lamps on the house and Coach house.
