This home has been remodeled with new
flooring, appliances and fresh paint. It
overlooks the Rock River with gorgeous
views and a walking/bike trail. It has a
central location to Prairieview Golf Course,
Motosports Park, Harry Cow Brewery,
Uptown Lanes, Cave Inn, and various other
bars and restaurants - many within walking
distance. There is WiFi with streaming
capabilities. Each bedroom has black out
curtains and a tv. There is also a new washer
and dryer.

This was a very nice property at a very reasonable price. We were just staying a couple days to visit friends, but enjoyed this property so much we're already thinking about renting it again!

Simply the Best!

This is the third or maybe fourth year we have stayed at this wonderful home! I love the ease of access, timely communication with the owners, gorgeous views of the river, easily walkable to various stores and restaurants, and only seven minutes drive to our event! The home is spotless and offers all the amenities you could need! We will definitely be back next year!

We loved the view of Rock River. Being able to walk to many options for dining was great. Would definitely stay here again on future visits to Byron. Extremely clean!

Lovely Byron Stay

Communication with the property manager was excellent, we always had quick replies every time. The property is located in Byron opposite the river which was lovely. There are pathways for biking and running which were great for my husband and friend who were competing in the Rockford half Ironman. The house was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. (Although the toilet roll had the thinnest paper I have ever seen!). The location was awesome as it was near Rockford and we enjoyed the Sundae Social and Hairy Cow Brewery (great wings!) in Byron. Would highly recommend this VRBO!

Everything we wanted to do, was a 10-30 minute drive away. It was pretty cool out, but we couldn't keep ourselves from walking the lake path across the street. It's just too beautiful to not experience it close up. There was quite a few lady bugs crawling on the walls and ceilings. They're harmless and didn't bother me one bit. I could use a bit of good luck. LolOur stay was nice and quiet and we appreciated Ann's hospitality during this time. Maybe consider adding more essentials to make the stay more enjoyable and convenient. Consider supplying aluminum foil, ziploc bags, filtered water pitcher, tupperware or glassware to store leftovers during our stay or even a picnic at the park, a deck of cards, qtips, floss and maybe toothpaste..... Just a thought/ suggestion. But would definitely stay again, we'd just need to pack alot more, I guess. Thank you Ann!!!

The property was clean, and well kept. Location was with in walking distance to the downtown restaurants. Great view of The Rock River. An easy drive to Rockford. We would stay there again, if we are in the area.
