Step into a private sanctuary where every detail has been curated for your comfort and enjoyment. This two-level, 2200SF home boasts a spacious layout that effortlessly combines modern style with homey charm.
*Main Level - features 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed, a private office with 2 desks, kitchen, dining, and living room for conversation (no TV on the main level).
*Basement Level - 1 bedroom with a king bed and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, living room with smart TV for streaming and mini foosball table, wet bar and mini fridge for snacks and drinks.
*Oversized two garage garage - perfect for storage of all your outdoor gear (skis, bikes, kayaks, SUP, etc.) & you don't have to scrape the car on cold days!
*Outside - Patio with seating and large backyard.
*Note that the fireplace is not usable. It is decorative.
Special Touches
Your home away from home includes a dedicated office with two desks and fast WiFi for seamless remote work or calls. Two distinct living rooms cater to different tastesâone designed for play with air hockey and a smart TV, and the other for relaxed gatherings and conversation. We provide starter coffee, tea, cooking basics, dishwasher and washing machine detergent, TP and paper towels and have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, iron at the ready. There are some fun extras like Epson salt, face masks and child friendly amenities. This home has an Alexa that can be used for white noise or bed time stories as well as adding fun music when cooking.

We offer baby, toddler and child-friendly features throughout. Always let us know when items are needed, even if they are listed amenities when making a reservation so we can ensure you have the best stay. If we donât have an item needed, please ask if we do as a lot of times we can supply the item for your stay (ie umbrella strollers, etc). A pack n play, high chair, child utensils/plates and baby gate on hand. Rotating list of games/toys at the property.

-There are exterior cameras with privacy settings. There are no interior cameras or ability to view inside the home.
-Home is equipped with a smart thermostat and temperature can be easily adjusted to match your comfort.
-Owners can remote restart the internet should you have trouble.
-Cooling is by Central Air-Conditioning

-No smoking inside or outside the home.
