This condo is Smoke/Vaping & Pet free indoor and outdoor. This home is a smart Home featuring Keyless entry and google nest. This Getaway retreat condo has views of the golf course from master bedroom to the living area. There is a enclosed laundry area, also the condo is steps away from the pool and spa areas and from the clubhouse.
Both bedrooms have King size beds, the master bedroom has a sliding glass door to sit in the back patio to view he golf course.
The living Area has a Smart TV, and the bedroom has TV.
You may log onto your Hulu, Netflix or Prime Video if you have it.
We use high quality linens and towels, everything is changed and sanitized out after every stay.

The living room sliding glass door opens to a patio with outdoor fire pit and sitting area to enjoy the view of the golf course. The courtyard patio has BBQ and sitting area for your private enjoyment. The home is fully equipped for all your needs for a getaway stay.
There is a 2 car driveway to park in. The community has over 44 pools and one just steps away from the condo. Also, there is Free WiFi, Premium Cable with movie channels, along with the Golf Chanel.
Propane tank must be Filled back up by guest after use at the end of the stay.
