Oh the beds!!! Such a comfortable place to stay and we enjoyed the convenience to downtown. The beds are over the top comfortable! Hope to stay there again next time we come to town for a girls night

Enjoyed staying in this historical house. The upstairs shower curtain fell and needs to be more secure. Suggest providing non-flavored coffee for us purists, but overall the property lived up to its listing.

Very interesting and comfortable stay

This house was great to stay in with all the basic necessities. It is within walking distance of all the great downtown locations and the riverfront, but the neighborhood is not too noisy or rowdy at all.

Lovely townhouse feel. Well furnished. Three story dwelling with stairs to third floor a little tricky to manage. Comfortable beds with plush linens. No dishwasher but we ate out most of the time. One of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had.

Love the location and the space. Only hitch was with the door keys; none worked on the front and the back door had two locks and two different keys. Maybe color code or label for future guests.

Downtown Dubuque

This was a very good location to stay and see things in both Dubuque and Galena. We did some things but due to weather and time of year, we were unable to see some of the local sights.

A few steps

Great location for shopping, sightseeing, driving and relaxing. Full kitchen with plenty of cookware and dishes. Expect steps to both front and rear entrances and to all three bedrooms! Steep steps to the top floor bedroom, but a king bed and large room. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Prefect for access to the highway. Can definitely hear the train at night, though. The biggest issue was the allergens. My husband is allergic to dogs and cats and has asthma. It was obvious that there was an attempt to cover up some type of odor. There were stains on the 2nd floor carpet, so we assumed it was the pet odor. We were able to deal with the issue. The garbage disposal did not work, but we didn't need it, so we never contacted the owner about it.

Excellent stay

The place is scrupulously clean, spacious and well appointed. Check in process and communication was fast and easy. The townhouse is in an older, historic section of the city which means we could walk to cafes, restaurants, and museums. I’d absolutely stay again.
