This was our 2nd time staying at this property - both times were awesome! It's close to the pier, beach, restaurants, downtown Oceanside. We got to sit on the beach and watch the beautiful sunsets. The amenities at North Coast Village are great. We will definitely stay there again!

The condo was very clean and comfortable, and the host was easy to reach and very responsive. The only small downside was that there were no basic kitchen supplies such as foil, plastic wrap, sugar, coffee, or filters for the coffee maker. Other than that, we had a great stay and enjoyed the property!

Check in and parking were OK - if you are bringing a lot there is only a small shopping cart to help you and not always available - unit was remodeled but not recently - no air conditioning which isn't a problem usually but was mid 80s when we were there - ceiling fan in downstairs bedroom broken - rental agency not flexible so make sure of your dates before booking

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love NCV, but the unit had a couple of issues not evident from the pictures & reviews.Carpets (bad idea, firstly) were very dirty and stained. Blanket for pullout couch was also stained. Remote to TV didn't work, it needed batteries (I would have expected this to have been taken care of in advance, it couldnt have worked for prior guests). My wife was grossed out by the carpet so we left a day early.

Perfect getaway

Great location, clean, quiet, within walking distance to the beach and so many places to eat. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom are a nice bonus from the other places we’ve stayed at. The living room and dining areas are spacious. Very comfortable place.

The property is in a very good location. Within walking distance to the beach and the pool. The amenities onsite are great as well. The property was clean and well maintained.
