Your group will find ample space to spread out, including a large living area, modern stocked kitchen, private gated pool (not heated), as well as a farm style dining area with seating for up to 8. Located in the coveted Deer Valley area, this house boasts easy access to golf, hiking trails, shopping, and a variety of family-friendly attractions.


KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare to be blown away by this modern kitchen. This stunning space boasts quartz countertops and a suite of stainless steel appliances including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Enjoy meals in the well lit dining area with seating for up to eight or at the stunning breakfast bar which seats four.


LIVING AREA

Spacious living room has extra sleeping space with a sleeper sofa and a couch plus 2 fold out chairs. The living room features a 50" Smart HDTV with free Wi-Fi connection. Also find several board games in the hall closet to enjoy with your group.


BEDROOMS

Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. This spacious home sleeps up to 9 guests between the three bedrooms and the 2 sofas located in the living room.

The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, standard closet and a home office area.

The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed on bottom, twin bed on top.

The third bedroom has a private bathroom and 2 full size beds. There is also a 42” TV mounted on the wall with Roku.


BATHROOMS

2 bathrooms offer fully stocked amenities with shampoo, body wash, hand soap and towels. Soak it up in the bathtub or enjoy an oversized shower head in the private bathroom.


OUTDOOR AREAS

Spend the sunny Arizona days in your own private backyard, boasting a resort style, kid-friendly gated pool. Unwind on the sun loungers, at the patio dining table, or on the zero gravity recliners. This gorgeous outdoor space has a propane gas grill, firepit sitting area, and a new turf lawn for cornhole, games and picnics.


POOL

Private, fenced pool is ready for your Desert getaway! The pool has a basketball hoop, volleyball net, deep back corner for cannonballs and a sitting area under the shade umbrella! Unfortunately the pool is not heated and does not have the ability to be heated.


PARKING

Parking is available for two cars in the driveway and two in the garage. The garage will not accommodate vehicles with an extended cab or truck bed.
