The Bear Cab-Inn is located just 3.1 miles to Dollywood.
- 2.4 Miles to the Parkway
- 3.9 miles to Pigeon Forge
- 11 miles to Gaitlinbug.
- Grocery stores approximately 15 minute drive
- Enjoy views from one of our three covered porches and a hot tub.

Guest access
- You will have access to the entire cabin.
- Check in is keyless through our door keypad.
Other things to note
Only 6 HUMANS max allowed (including babies and kids)
If there are more than 6 guests and/or you bring more people than what is listed on your reservation, you will be charged a $100 fee per person and be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund.

All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)
No Pets. Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.

I provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels, however you may need to purchase more
The fireplace will be shut down from April 1 to October 1, as with every cabin in the area

Hot Tub is for guests age 25 and over. Alcohol is not allowed in or around the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you consume alcohol or are pregnant. USE THE HOT TUB AT YOUR OWN RISK.

No late check-out or early check-in. I often have guests check in and out same day so unfortunately I cannot accommodate early check ins or late check outs. This provides our crew with ample time to clean and sanitize the property between guests.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

Please do NOT rearrange furniture inside or outside the cabin. Doing so will result in damages to floor and furniture and you will be responsible for any damages accrued to structure or furniture.

Wonderful Getaway Spot

My husband and I booked this cabin for our honeymoon and loved it! Everything was clean and the location was peaceful and close to many of the stops and attractions we wanted to visit. Would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing vacation!

Perfect Place to Getaway!

The Bear Cab Inn was the perfect weekend getaway for my family. Close to the parkway, but still has the feeling of being up in the mountains. Sierra was an amazing host who made check in a breeze along with answering any questions.

Great Jacuzzi

We only stayed one night, but it was a great night. The location is very close to all the local attractions. The cabin is great for a couple or family. There is only one shower. We loved it!

Booked a long weekend. The location is out of the way, but still within a few minutes to the Parkway. Beds were comfy, place was clean, and the neighborhood was quiet.

Nice Stay, Could be Improved A Little

The house was great! Very nice set up with 3 levels for family/friends. The sleeper sofa is not worth sleeping on though, as it is full of hard springs. The beds were great. NOTE for cleaning crew: LOTS of cobwebs & spiders and the FLOORS need to be cleaned - obviously being skipped. But the toilets, showers, kitchen were good.

Nice little cabin in a good location

Place was pretty nice
 didn’t have a working dishwasher but property manager kept trying. Needs a few extra things in the kitchen such as hotpads and kitchen towels. Very easy access to get to everywhere we needed and had a great view!

Cozy cabin!

Overall the cabin was great. We had a little issue right at the beginning but the owner was VERY responsive and fixed the issue ASAP! Close enough to the action but far enough away for some peace and quiet.

Awesome place

I would of definitely gave this 5 stars the cabin was awesome and huge! The only issues we had was the cleanliness of the dishes and the floors . There were also cobwebs everywhere. Other than that it was Amazing ! I loved the space loved the hot tub . I would def stay again . Just maybe tell the cleaning crew to pay more attention to things . Thanks for The stay!

Bearcab-in

Incredible location. Sierra is a great host. Very responsive and quick. Cabin has everything and is located so you think you are deep in the woods but 3 minutes from the outlets. We will be staying again and very soon.
