Welcome to The Hamptons Casita!

Our newly-renovated home is ready to greet you this summer for month-long stays.

Envisioned by award-wining architectural firm Sommet, this house was designed to have all modern conveniences in a coastal setting that expands through two floors, 3 main decks, a pool and a rooftop deck.

We are close to Foster Memorial Beach, many wineries including Wolffer Estate Vineyard, and historic downtown Sag Harbor with its fantastic dinning and shopping.

The space
The top floor features an open-concept, custom chef kitchen, which flows to the dinning area and to a spacious, bright living room to create a space perfect for social living. Open the sliding glass doors to connect it all to a wrap-around deck, fully equipped with a chic outdoors lounge area. A half bathroom is conveniently located to service the social area.
This whole space is airy, modern, and ideal to spend summer together with friends and family.

The ground floor hosts three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The big and sunny master bedroom has a private bathroom and direct access to a deck. Two beautifully-decorated bedrooms share a modern bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with Casper mattresses and pillows.


Spend summer outdoors in one of our decks. Sunrise yoga on our upper deck, afternoon drinks on our wrap-around deck, take a refreshing shower after a day at the pool on our bedroom-level deck, or fire up the Weber gas grill for some late-afternoon BBQ on our lower-level deck.

The expansive, heated pool is soaked in sun throughout the day and is a must for perfect summer beach living.
