About this space
bring you're inner mermaid and love for the beach and Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. This Hamptons House is beautifully decorated with inspiration from coastal living magazine. You will be centrally located South of the Highway and close to restaurants and beaches. A 2 minute walk to sandy bay beach- 3 houses from the bay beach and a 6 minute drive to ocean beaches on dune road. 10 minute drive to Southampton and 16 minute drive to Westhampton. All amenities to make a traveler feel at home will be at your fingertips to insure your vacation is relaxing and memorable.
The space
The house has been our personal summer get away for several years. We have decorated it to be serene and coastal. The property is inviting and all rooms are of ample size, clean, and nicely functional.
Guest access
All spaces are accessible. Our personal vehicle is stored inside the garage so that space is limited for use.

We seriously had such a lovely stay! We walked into the cutest little Hamptons Bay beach dollhouse. Great location so close to many areas. This was our first time visiting The Hamptons and feel we chose an area close to everything either by foot or by car. Marla is an incredible host who responds quickly and was extremely informative about the area. She even has chairs and towels for your beach days. I highly recommend the Seashell Beach house.

Fantastic Hampton Bays home

We loved staying at the Seashell Beach House on our most recent vacation! The home was perfect for our family. Just the right amount of rooms and hangout space. We loved the hot tub and the location, so close to the bay. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend this rental to family and friends. The bed in the primary room was also wonderfully comfortable!

Wonderful Girl’s Weekend at Hampton Bays Seashell Beach House!

We had a wonderful long weekend at the Hampton Bays Seashell Beach House! It was the perfect spot for our Girl’s Weekend getaway. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of bath towels and beach towels, dishes, and utensils. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds and great layout.The location is fantastic! It's a short walk to beautiful bay views and conveniently close to several restaurants. We loved relaxing in the hot tub after exploring town – though we were surprised (and a little dismayed!) to find bird poop around the rim when we first opened the cover.We did experience an issue with some of the lights upstairs not working, but Marla, our host, was incredibly responsive and helpful. Although she wasn’t able to get them fixed during our stay, we were able to manage with other lighting options. She also provided fantastic recommendations for local things to do. The check-in and check-out process was easy, and Marla even accommodated an early check-in request which was greatly appreciated!We enjoyed sitting by the fire sharing memories and would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Perfect Fall Getaway in Hamptons Bay

This beautiful beach house was a perfect place for my childhood friend and I to use as a home base for an extra long fall weekend enjoying the Hamptons. The house was immaculate, spacious and well appointed - so charming and beachy with attention to detail! We felt warmly welcomed by a note from Marla and a lovely bottle of wine - thank you! We only had a couple of questions during our stay and Marla was always responsive and helpful in her communications - before, during and after our stay. The house was also well stocked, with a great kitchen, comfy beds and quality, clean linens. We really enjoyed the hot tub on the back deck - a perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. As far as location, the listing accurately reflects distances to many other Hamptons areas of interest, which we explored along with several other areas that were a little farther away. Marla offered lots of local suggestions for great meals and activities. The beautiful bay is just a short walk away, as well as Rumba, the restaurant/rum bar around the corner with lots of yummy food and drink options, and several other restaurants that were only few minutes drive away. This seems like a great property for anywhere from 2-10 people, depending on the group. I would highly recommend it and would definitely hope to book it again if I was coming back with family or friends. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!
