It’s time to set sail on a paradise vacation! And Mainsail 236 is the perfect beach condo to meet your vacation needs. This corner condo is located on the third floor of Mainsail resort in Destin’s Miramar Beach. With sunlit living quarters, a beach balcony, and stunning gulf views, you’ll ease right into a vacation mindset. The condo features two bedrooms and two baths. It can entertain up to six beach going guests.

The main living area is bright and welcoming. A large window and sliding glass doors ensure sunshine brightens the room and provides extensive views of the shimmering shores. The glass doors lead to a balcony with several raised tables and chairs. From here, you can enjoy coastal breezes, an ice-cold beer, and laidback conversation with your fellow vacationers. Back inside, the living area has been furnished with comfort in mind. A striped queen-size sleeper sofa and matching loveseat with blue accent pillows give off nautical vibes. The cozy seating arrangement centers around a blue rug and glass-topped drink table. It faces a flatscreen TV, as well as the glorious gulf waves. The adjacent dining area is set against a mirrored wall that accentuates the condo’s spaciousness. Four chairs and a bench seat surround a hardwood-topped table. Beside the table, three saddle-topped stools at the kitchen bar offer extra seating. The open kitchen is perfect for cooking meals, serving appetizers, and mixing drinks. It has granite countertops, a trendy tiled backsplash, white cabinetry, and contrasting black appliances.

Tile flooring extends from the kitchen into the bedrooms. One room is a master suite with a king-size bed, handsome dresser and bedside tables, an accent chair, flatscreen TV, and sliding glass doors that access the balcony. Its ensuite bath has a glass-walled, walk-in shower and large vanity. The cottage-style guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed, wicker chair, light-wood furnishings, TV, and a sunny window.

One of the privileges of staying at the Mainsail resort is access to the sparkling, beach-facing swimming pool. The pool is surrounded by a sunny deck with chairs for sunbathing. A wading pool for the kids and a hot tub ensure there is something for everyone to enjoy. A second pool is available on the north side of the resort. Other amenities include a playground, onsite exercise room, grilling stations, tennis courts, shuffleboard, a basketball court, and an arcade room. Guests will also love the immediate beach access via a wooden boardwalk directly from the property.

Want to explore the surrounding area? Not a problem! There is so much to do in Miramar Beach, Destin, and nearby along Scenic 30A. Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Grand Boulevard, and the Village of Baytowne Wharf are only a short drive from the resort. HarborWalk Village features family-friendly restaurants, dolphin cruises, seasonal events, live music, and much more. In the other direction, the cute coastal villages of 30A—full of art galleries, local boutiques, and more—are definitely worth a visit!
