Lakefront Home for 26 w/ Dock

Escape to our expansive 5-BR waterfront home on a private cove with main channel lake views. Perfect for family getaways, this retreat comfortably sleeps up to 28 guests. Enjoy a private dock, multiple decks, two kitchens, and open living spaces. It's the ultimate lakeside destination for creating unforgettable memories with your entire group.

**Bedroom 6 is not a true bedroom. It's in the basement tucked in a corner, but is perfect for additional sleeping space!**

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $300.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

Fantastic Summer Family Vacation Rental

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property on the lake. Having a dock for a rental pontoon boat and to swim off of was just perfect. A great family vacation spot. Jeffrey was so accommodating and responsive. Definitely a winner!

Family Reunion

Our family loved the location and the house was very spacious, perfect for all ages. The kids were in the water non stop and loved jumping off the dock. The host was great at getting back to me with any questions we had in a very timely manner.

Perfect for our large family in for a wedding

The owners were excellent to deal with, quick to respond. The house slept a LOT of people, had everything g we needed. Parking was the biggest issue, and the steep steps unloading and loading. Otherwise it was perfect, highly recommended!

This house is a nice size and pretty! The stairs are a lot but not near as bad as we'd anticipated. The dock is large and easy to swim off of. The property itself was challenging to find with a GPS and could use some better signage of where to park, especially when guests are arriving after dark. We slept 12 adults comfortably, had a boat rental company pick us up and drop us off right at the dock and were within 30 minutes to plenty of stores and places to eat. The beds were cozy, plenty of pillows were provided, the water was hot with good pressure, and there's plenty of kitchen and dining space for a large group. We loved spending evenings on the deck.

Time at the lake

Overall we had a good time. The bunk beds really are for children, slight inaccuracies from listing such as one of the rooms having a full size bed instead of queen. They had fans available, and everything needed in the kitchen/bathrooms. So if you forget toiletry you are good. We had a blast.

Overall we loved our stay at the lake of the ozarks at this property. We had a large family get together with 6 separate families. I loved how each floor had 2 bedrooms with 1 full bathroom to share. There was also plenty of space for all of us to be together without feeling cramped. The kitchen was fully equipped and we were able to cook all of our meals without any problems. We lovedd the deck and were able to rent a boat for a couple of days. I think some things could be updated at the property like lower deck patio furniture and did not like having zero access to any flotation devices on the dock since we did have little kids. I feel like an extra 150 dollars for access to life jackets and pool noodles seems a little much and we did have to wait around to actually find out what was in the toy box. Overall very enjoyable stay and would stay again in a heart beat. Great place for families to chill and have some lake time.

Overall it was a pretty nice location. Although it did sleep as many people as the listing claimed, we found it to be too cramped for that many people in general. Also there were some issues with temperature. The upstairs was very cold while the downstairs was too hot. The bedroom in the basement didn’t have an air vent at all. Some minor inconveniences included not being left very many trash bags, hand towels, or soap pods for the dishwasher. The railing on the deck did not feel very secure, and there were some boards on the deck that also may need some maintenance.

Great Place

The house fit our needs well. The kids, all but one, teens, had the downstairs. That worked very well. Loved the dock and used the toy closet for enjoying the water. One of the toy chests wouldn't open, but a guy came and opened it for us and brought more items. Used these lots. It was great! Really enjoyed the deck!! Only about a 15 minute drive to Camdenton where there is a Walmart if supplies are needed. Located in a quiet cove! Nice! We would stay here again!!!

Great Family Time at Lake
