Stylish Jeffersonville Home - Mins from Louisville

Welcome to Jeffersonville! We're only a hop, skip, and a jump over the bridge to Louisville!

Our home can accommodate up to 8 guests so there is plenty of room for the whole crew including kids and pets! We have 3 great-sized bedrooms with a queen bed in each and we also have a sofa bed in the living room space.
Guests are welcome to relax and watch their favorites on one of our 3 Roku Smart TVs.
We have one in the living room, one in the primary bedroom, and one in the basement.
Keurig with K Cups, Sweetener and Creamer available.

Kick back and relax or enjoy tons of games including a foosball table, pool table, ping pong, board games, and dartboard! The kitchen offers everything you need to cook meals for your family, coffee, and a great selection of teas. This home offers a private patio, comfy chairs, and a fire pit to enjoy the outdoors. Our backyard is also fully fenced in.

Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay and are welcome to come and go as they please using our smart lock.
*Please note that our basement is partially finished.*

The fireplace is DECORATIVE only. Do not attempt to light.

We have driveway and street parking.

We also have a Ring doorbell camera on our front door facing the outside entry.

This was a great place for us to stay for an event at the expedition center. Close to the highway for quick access to the city.

Cozy and convenient

We had a great time at this property! Although we were mostly only there to eat, sleep, and shower during our busy holiday weekend, it was clean, cozy, and had all the necessities! Things like the emergency aid kit were well labeled and the property owner was very communicative and flexible, allowing us to check out later which let us enjoy our trip just that much more. All in all, we were so happy to find this property!

Lovely place

My family of four and our dog stayed here for a long weekend. It was the perfect accommodation. The game room was a great place to hangout and have fun. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed to make good food. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was good to walk our dog.

Very Nice Old Home

Just was very attentive to any questions and giving recommendations on the area. The home is very nice and if you like huge rooms this is an awesome home. It is located in older neighborhood but very close to everything. We definitely enjoyed the amenities and cleanliness of the home.

Nice house!

We stayed for 5 nights as we were in town for the Louder than Life music festival. House was nice and clean. Area seemed maybe a little sketchy but otherwise we had zero issues. Landlord is super nice as well.

House was clean, no major issues. Bed frames were squeaky anytime you moved or rolled over. Doors were also squeaky and needed some lubrication. Doorknobs were loose and needed tightened. Water line wasn't hooked up to fridge and ice trays were not provided, so we had to buy ice. Light bulbs were out in several rooms but ceiling was so high we couldn't change them out even if we wanted to. Would have been nice to have curtains on the windows in addition to the blinds as the sun was very bright in the mornings.

Overall a very clean, nice house. Neighborhood was fine, beds were comfortable. The main drawback we found was that the seating in the livingroom is not practical or really functional for a group of six. Other than very satisfied.

Perfect Stay

We rented this property to visit family for the holidays. The space was beautiful. It was nicely appointed. Everything was spotless. The rooms were large and the bathroom was great. It is a very quaint home. The gameroom was amazing. Communication with the host was phenomenal and she helped us out when we needed it. The property is a short drive to many of Jeffersonville's restaurants, and very close to a gas station. I would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic

When you first pull into the driveway, initially i was a bit worried as the location seemed a bit sketchy. Overall, the neighborhood is extremely quiet and great. We had no issues. Everything was very well put togetherand 100% matched the decription and the reviews. Location is perfect and extremely close to everything. The rental home was det up perfectly had everything we needed for our large family. I absolutely loved the little items that this location had ro offer. If you forgot something it was simple to just check the drawers. The host was probably the best we have ever had with communication. We had ro send her a message and she responded very quickly. This is definitely a place i would utilize again when we are un the area.

Meh...

Beds stink. Uncomfortable,ow to ground and squeak so loud everytime you move, the dogs in the neighborhood start howling. Lights are a mystery. Half the house is heated. Shower water pressure is terrible and the shower is super slippery. Kitchen is all well and good but cold. Basement is very cold, games are fine, TV, and couch. Couches are uncomfortable and are supposed to be sleepers, but not really. Laundry room is very small and hard to navigate. Backyard was underwater the whole time as it rained and snowed. Overall, needs work but serves it's purpose, I suppose

Cut corners

I’m not one to leave negative stuff but as a business and property owner, this property shouldn’t have been rented when it was. Although the host was very responsive and the house clean, it simply wasn’t ready. Appliances were new but refrigerator wasn’t working. Host sent an electrician that determined the outlet was bad. Upon further inspection, it had shorted out due to a bolt touching metal which is a huge fire hazard. The refrigerator still had plastics on the shelves and we had to physically push it to another outlet. The floor was coming apart in the transition portion due to incorrect installation and it wasn’t level to the point you felt you were gonna trip. The worst part of the stay was at night when it got cold and the HVAC panel was inoperable. Stayed that way the whole stay. The host asked me to check this and that but I’m not a technician and for the price we paid we shouldn’t have to deal with it anyway. Lastly, there is only 1 bathroom which we obviously knew about prior to stay however we did not know that the only mirror in the house is in that 1 bathroom. Definitely made getting ready a struggle for 6 people. I don’t like writing reviews but it’s important places like this be inspected more thoroughly before being put up for rent.

Filthy: Lacks Integrity

We arrived on June 15. The front door had a notice from the city stating the lawn needed to be mowed. There was trash along the driveway, & nothing had been cleaned from the previous renters. The floors were filthy, each bed was unmade, & slept in.The kitchen counters & refrigerator were dirty with spills, fingerprints & crumbs. A comforter had a large stain on it. Inside the sheets were sunflower seeds; fingernails on a nightstand; bottle caps & cigarette butts & a brown stain on the wall next to the toilet. My family had to spend over 4 hours cleaning the sheets, comforters in order to sleep there. We rented the house in April for June 16-18. On May 1, we added & paid for June 15. The payment went through but my confirmation email had the dates June 16- 18. I immediately let the owner know. She stated in the email, “you’re all set & I just confirmed that the payment already went through, your new check in date is June 15, 2023- 4:00pm.” As soon as we realized the house had not been cleaned, we called the owner and she did not answer. We then emailed the owner, notified her of the situation & requested she call us. The owner still has yet to call us. The owner would only respond to us through email. She apologized & said it was a calendar issue. There were no alternative places to stay. We requested the owner refund us for one night's stay & the cleaning fee. The house was cleaned nearly 24 hours later. We have called the agency several x’s & the owner does not respond.

Great remodeled home that sleeps a big family

Easy checkin and checkout. Clean remodeled house. Cute extra touches like sunscreen, bug spray, Ziploc bags. Kitchen stocked for simple cooking. Beds have plastic cover which is hot to sleep and noisy. AC couldn't keep up on an average heat day in July. Close neighbors which didn't end their backyard party until 3:30 am. Overall I would stay again but know it's not the best nights sleep. Close to everything, amazing location. Great hosts and house.

Great Jeffersonville Location

The home was stylishly remodeled & the AC was welcomed after walking to the downtown shops. The small grocery store just down the street was convenient too. Maria was very responsive to questions & issues. The basement game room was an added plus for the teenagers! Thanks for a great trip to Jeffersonville.
